LOWEST QUALITY IN A KFC YET!!! EXTREMELY SLOW AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAD TO SEE THIS LOCATIONS LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE BRAND THERE SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTING.

We got home and realized we were missing half our order. When we called to try and tell them, no one would answer the phone - it just rang off the hook. When we went up there to tell them, they acted like we were lying to them and didn’t want to believe us. When they finally did believe us, they told us to wait. Then they gave our food to the wrong people and we had to wait even longer for them to remake it. When they remade it, they were out of the sides we wanted. Would never eat here again. Terrible service, terrible management.

I ordered the 6 pc family meal special for 20$ I only received 4 peices ! I have been trying to call since getting home last night. I’m sure there phone is off the hook. No way it’s been busy for this long…

Went to this KFC and went through the drive through. I have had multiple issues with this location and haven't been back in over a year but randomly decided to give it another shot.There were no cars ahead of me so we put the order in quick and got to the window. We were told to go to pull up to the corner while they got our food together even though no cars were behind us.When I asked how long they thought the food would take the manager replied "how long are you going to be asking questions". When we finally got our barely warm food the woman stepped outside made us go to her then barely even handed us the food before walking away. She almost dropped it in the pass over and I had to react to catch it.Stay away from this restaurant location it isn't worth it and the service doesn't exist. I even contacted corporate and got zero response from them.

I was ordering in the drive thru line and I asked about the saucy nuggets. I asked if I could order them separately. The drive thru worker said that I could. Then they said “you need to choose a sauce” impatiently, while I was thinking about the sauce I wanted. I answered that I wanted Korean BBQ wings. To which they replied, “ We don’t have wings.” Korean BBQ is one of the sauces the nuggets come in. Also the saucy nuggets are essentially boneless wings. One could understandably get these confused. It was a minor slip of the tongue. There was no understanding and a lot of attitude. It is possible that she was just that ignorant but that does not excuse the awful attitude.

I have never experienced a fast food service in the manner I have with them. I wish I could give them zero stars. KFC will never have to worry about my business. The employees, store and regional manners have no customer service training. They don’t train their employees on what to do if a manager is not present. They steal your care information so don’t pay with a debit card. I’m out $40 because they refuse to put the right food in the box. It’s fast food, same items everyday. Employee took 10 minutes in the drive through just to take my order, there was no one else in line. I was polite and understanding until I checked my food and noticed it was wrong. When I went inside to notify them I got nothing but attitude so I requested a refund. She proceeded to take her time assisting. When she finally did, she actually charged my card again instead of refunding the original amount. (Which I did not notice until I was about to pull off and decided to check my bank account) She then asked for me to fill out a form to get the refund. So how is it that you are able to issue the refund then turn around and ask to fill out a form to get my money back. I refused. When I noticed she charged my card I asked to speak to manager. She called him in the phone and I was explaining the situation all I could hear was laughter in the background. I’m glad I did go inside because I never noticed how disgusting it looked inside. Always check sanitation grades on these places. I emailed corporate and they have yet to respond to me.

Called to make an order to go but nobody answered the phone. Went to the drive thru and made an order and they didn't have all the chicken I wanted. Had to wait. That was the whole reason I wanted to call in.

Our 5 piece Tender Big Box had 4 tenders. The sweet tea is sour. Either the tea urns are dirty, or it has set in a metal tea urn or container for a few days. And the biscuits were as hard as a rock.
