My husband is in the hospital with an incurable cancer. I ordered pizza to thank the nurses. This store took so long to make it it was after visiting hours were over. Even though it was supposed to be well before. Thank you for making a stressful time even more stressful. Shame on you.

Last night I tried to order online so I didn’t have to deal with there 20 mins wait on hot n ready like I had my previous visit. Online ordering was cut off. The inside was closed at 7 pm! Only way is drive thru. I place a pick up order and pay. I was told about. 30 min wait. I came back at 740 waited thru the drive thru line an watched as cars parked to wait for their orders… I get to the window and they have given my order away and told me it was because I wasn’t there when they took it out!! Do they not have a place for pick up items?? Man am I disappointed so where the kids.. great job new Bern little Cesar’s..

They need to change this location slogan to “hot & never ready”. Every single time no matter the time, there’s nothing ever ever ready, always have to wait 20 minutes…ordered one cheese and one pepperoni and I got two cheese like whyyyyyyy is is it sooo harddddddd. It was only two pizzas :((((

Tonight, 6/12/24 , we ordered pizza on an online order and as we pulled into the drive thru and nobody was there, so we went into the store and one of the employees had a very nasty attitude, after this we got our pizza and noticed that the box was smaller than it should be so we opened it and the pizza was literally stuffed into the box and another employee stated that they cannot refund us.
Service was slow for ordering 5 pizzas this time. Hope they can win me back.

Ordered online, Went through the window and got pulled up & waited 40 minutes, went back up to the window just for the man to take another 5 minutes of my life to search for my food. i got my food & it was cold and looked old. My food was already done 30 minutes PRIOR to me asking the manager for my food. i got a refund & didn’t get no type of apology. They SUCK
