Usually pretty slow service but decently good food... Most of the time. Ordered a King club and lifted the top of the bun to find a piece of plastic from the bread or spring mix?? Also, I ordered it online and came in and waited 10 minutes beyond the pick up time (which was sitting behind the counter the entire time but I was unaware, so I wasted 10 minutes for nothing). It's not a massive deal, but just disappointing because this location is usually pretty good.

The lemonades taste bad like chemicals and itâs like $15 for something I can make with lunchmeat would recommend going to schlotzskyâs itâs cheaper and you get way more food

The general manager âRebeccaâ was super condescending and over talking as I tried to substitute an order for a sick child. The app does not allow for substitutions (condiments to be put on the side) so I called the store 2 minutes after putting in my order to be told âthe order is already completeâ and hung up on. 2 minutes. I then called back and Rebecca stated she didnât know she hung up on me, she meant to hang up on the door dash driver instead and laughed. After simply requesting to put cheese & bacon on the side for a $25 spud, Rebecca REPEATEDLY and rudely suggested I become a rewards members because they âonly do this type of special treatments for rewards members, not regular customersâ. For a $25 spud for a sick child, it doesnât seem too much to ask to put the bacon & cheese on the side?? VERY poor customer service. Rebecca shows poor management and condescending behavior.

Food was average , nothing special honestly. Did take a while to get our food and not crowded at all . Actually only two other people in the whole restaurant. This place is more expensive than alot of other places that serve better food. Soft Drink prices are outrageous...that's where they get ya. I'd pass on this place next time .

Very good food. We waited a little longer than expected and we were the only ones in the place at the time. But once the food arrived it was with it.
I choose the French Dip and pecan salad. The salad was light and fresh with berries and crunchy pecans. And sandwich was hot and had so much juice to dip it in. Would definitely recommend.

Imagine showing up to a chain when it should be opening to watch all the employees show up afterwards and say weâll open in a few weâre not ready now. First time seeing a chain work off approximate hours of operation and not established ones. Almost an hour drive to just turn around and leave.

The food was good but why did I have to wait half an hour when the place is empty. On top of that they got my order wrong the first time, had to wait another 30 for that

They have a different spin on your deli sandwich menu which is really good. Very quiet area of town.

My husband and I went in today. While waiting in line some lady just literally jumps right in front of us and the girl said nothing to her. I didnât say anything because Iâm not a confrontational person. Itâs whatever. Then when itâs finally our turn to order, the girl taking the order is walking all around the back stocking straws, making tea, etc (itâs almost 3pm this shouldâve been done already). So sheâs asking me what Iâd like while sheâs doing all that which made its awkward because I didnât want to have to yell my order to her and she wasnât putting it in as I told it. She then walks away, goes to the back to grab tea while Iâm in the middle of telling my order, comes back then ask my husband âwill you be ordering today tooâ? He said yes Iâm with her. She replies huh? I said yes heâs with me. She replies right but what is he ordering? I replied you havenât asked him yet. She said âIâm asking him nowâ. She never finished my order. It was all confusing and with her running around made it overwhelming. Then some chick comes out the back huffing and puffing loudly making a smart remark. So I just said nevermind and we walked out. It shouldnât be this hard to take a sandwich order. Rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and lacking in personality. Wonât be back for a while.

Not good. King Club was mediocre at best and expensive. The soup tasted like it was watered down. Something needs to change with this place (fire manager maybe) because the employees seem so unmotivated to do anything other than the bar minimum.

Went there to eat with my child and waited 45 minutes, no food, people came in after me got their food before me. Go up there and my food is in the window and my childâs food had not even been prepared. Asked for my money back and the girl with an attitude talking a little it would be 5 to 7 days. Then the manager who was sitting in the office, could care lessâŠ
