Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese
LITERALLY dripping grease
The patty was pink and COLD
and the only thing I could taste was salt and pepper

I have been to some crappy McDonald’s
But this is by far the worst
So. I don’t know what the deal was this morning. But your front of house manager was not only lying about the phone calls she was receiving about all the complaints to the rest of the staff. (She got a call and was absolutely chewed out by someone wanting their money back outside. She said “they just wanted to say it was the best customer service they’d ever had) she was not just being sarcastic she was trying to cover her rear.
