I know it's fast food but there's still a standard. No meat on a big mac? Ice coffee that tastes day old and like dust? A cheeseburger thats been under the heat lamp so long it's almost a rock? This place deserves less than 3 stars.

Certain Staff are rude and unfriendly. They just want you gone. No smiles or thank you or you're welcome. A lot of shoving out of the drive thru window.

Came in around 6 AM and got the wrong order because the morning manager or a hourly employee (Male African American, with locs) was literally on his phone at the window instead of paying attention. When I called to get it fixed and simply asked for his name, he refused and claimed it was “against McDonald’s policy.” Be for real. I just dealt with the SAME thing at the McDonald’s by Red Robin. (Spoke with their GM) It’s McDonald’s, not a top-secret agency. If you’re a solid manager, why act like you’ve got something to hide? It’s extremely unprofessional for management to refuse basic identification when a customer simply wants clarity. McDonald’s can and should do better.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had! I came in with my 2 month old baby and he just got his shots today so he is fussy because he is not feeling good. I live an hour away so I came in briefly trying to change his diaper and get something quick to eat. First off I go into the bathroom and there is NO CHANGING TABLE so I had to change him in the sink.. 😩. Then I finally get done with that and go to order. Guess that there is no kiosk that works!! So I order on my app for table service table 109 because with all of this my baby is still crying and upset. I order my food and knowing my baby is upset and crying and I ordered TABLE SERVICE, they still called my name to make me go all the way across the restaurant with a whining baby to get my food. And I told her I didn’t have my drink which I ordered. I went back and sat down expecting for them to bring my drink to me and she gave me an empty cup!! Made me get up and go across the restaurant again with my crying baby and fill up an empty cup. I am never one to make bad reviews but this restaurant made me so upset and angry I had to make a whole google account to do this! I don’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone definitely go somewhere else!
