Person that took our order was super rude. Food took 20 minutes for a Happy Meal and two cheeseburgers. Nothing fast about this place. Go to another Fast Food Restaurant if you want a good experience.

Waited over an hour and a half at the curbside parking area after an hour I was told they were short staffed I had to call the store from the regular phone number then I was informed that curbside closes at 10:00 but on the McDonald's app for my location it says 11, after waiting an hour I was informed I had to go through the drive-thru after 11:00 p.m. at night and the line was backed up for another 30 minutes and nobody act like they cared didn't even have the courtesy to come out there and tell me they were short-staffed nobody could go out there and bring me any food but I saw the same guy that was on the phone standing out front shuffling his feet walking around doing nothing

Food is usually hot and fresh , the service is horrible. I pay extra for add-ons and they never put any up there. I had just a coffee order for curbside pick up and I sat outside for 20 minutes nobody delivered it so I went through the drive through waited another 15 minutes and by the time I got my coffee it was watered down from sitting so long so I explained that I wanted it remade because there was maybe 2 pieces of ice left and they got an attitude with me. Seems like 90% of the time I come to this McDonald's their employees are lazy and rude kids.

Absolutely pathetic how this McDonald's location is operated. Why has it been cash only for so long? Clearly there's a huge problem not being addressed. This goes beyond the employees and managers. It's just McDonald's though so people will constantly come back and they know that so I guess that makes it okay for them to just not take the people seriously. Place is junk.
We had the worst experience at this McDonald's I have ever had! There was no staff at all except for this one guy who was doing everything. He was trying to help the customers inside with orders and hand orders out to the ones who ordered at the kiosks and he was also in charge of taking out the orders to the cars for pickup. It was not busy that time of day and there was seven people standing around waiting for orders and trying to be helped we finally give up. Decided to go out to the drive-thru when we got to the pay window they informed us that it was cash only but there was no sign to be found. While we were trying to find some money we saw this irate gentleman standing outside of his car in one of the pickup spots waiting for his order which looked like he'd been waiting for a very long time according to how mad he was.

I hadn't eaten at a Mickey D's in years because their quality and service have been lacking across the whole chain, not any particular location. I was in town visiting my mother - she's old so of course she lives in New Bern, New Bern has become the Florida of North Carolina, God's waiting room - and got her a Big Breakfast at this location. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was prompt and friendly and the food was made right. Also, the price point was reasonable - I figured with today's prices the meal would cost about 15 bucks, but it was about half that.

They closed for hood vent cleaning and had no signage anywhere stating it and still were excepting DoorDash orders and mobile orders. If you know something like this is coming up you need to plan accordingly on the apps you use, or at least put a sign on the door.
