Absolutely the worst place! I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for help at the front counter No one would come up to help me. There were four of five employees just standing around laughing in their conversation and could careless that I needed assistants to order. My family and I walked out of the place without even being able to complete our order we will never go back to this Mc Donald's again. If the management reads this it took place at 7 PM EST on April 14

I really love their French vanilla iced coffee. Mine was free because I used my McDonald's points. I don't eat breakfast too often, but I do like their hotcakes, hashbrowns, and mcgriddles.

We ordered inside, we were the only ones inside. 3 cones 1 small fry 2 Oreo shamrock nc flurry’s. After 10 minutes the girl brought out 1 shamrock shake. We told her that’s not correct as she argued it was until another worker explained to her that no that was a shamrock shake not McFlurry. Another 4 minutes goes by and 1 come comes out. Another few minutes another come comes out. Then the cold small fry and then in a small soda cup covered in I ecream the small McFlurry comes one (only 1 of the 2 ordered) we told them no way I want to see the manager for a refund in over 15 minutes that melt sloppy messs is what you came up with? I waiting another 3 minutes and no manager. So I flung the dirty cup behind the counter and left. Worst service ever. And the whole time all we could hear was the manager in the background praising the drive thru for being fast. Well if your only fast in the drive thru at the expense of your front counter that doesn’t seem like something you should be praising. Manager needs to focus on training new staff too, you are advertising the shamrock shake and McFlurry, staff should know the difference and how to make both.

The most respectful young man came to the window and told me the store was closed for the night. This young man was so wonderful in the way he spoke to an elderly woman. As disappointed as I was, I left the drive thru with a good feeling.. I wish I had asked his name. This young man is such an asset to your company.

It's McDonald's. Personally it's too expensive for fast food. And it's really not good.
No longer have self service drinks. Only take orders on the kiosk and there is no obvious choice to choose a large drink, only small. No clue how this is supposed to be good for McDonald's. Refills they give a second cup because it's filled by a machine. So crazy. Update.... went back to the register for a refill. 3 employees looked directly at me standing there, not a one offered to help. Totally ignored. I won't be back to the McDonald's
