Made a reservation and had to ask for the silverware several times, took over an hour to get the food. The fajita vegetables were so overcooked and it had mushy broccoli in it. The refried beans were cold and hard. We were seated at the door where we constantly had others butts in our face. Would never recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious!!! Really great dining experience with fabulous service and atmosphere. I am a vegetarian and they can make you whatever you want without meat. They are very accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge.I can’t wait to come here again.

My husband and I just moved to New Bern from Texas, and we were worried that the area wouldn’t have any good Mexican food places. But wow were we proved wrong! This place has delicious food and great portions for the price. Highly recommend their margaritas, enchiladas and quesadillas. Only thing was that it was pretty crowded on Friday night and you could tell the staff was overwhelmed. But the food was well worth the wait!

Huge portions for our carnitas. We shared and still had enough for lunch the next day! All for a reasonable price. The chorizo dip appetizer was delicious.
Weak drink very poor service. Got seated. The waiter came by 15 minutes to take our drink order. Took 15 minutes to get drinks (delivered by someone else). We ordered waters as well and we had to go to the bar to get them. Very weak baja breeze and blue Hawaii. Then another 20min to get our food order taken. Then our food was again delivered by someone else. We never saw the waiter again. We had to go to the counter to pay our bill. Truly bizarre.

Don't order off the kids menu if your kid actually has an appetite. Got the mac and cheese and not only was it the last dish of 3 served my baby asked for more after finishing. Picture was after a tiny nibble as it was steaming hot. I did appreciate that each person gets their own bowl of salsa. Fajitas were kinda over cooked but the portion was good. Birria tacos were good.

Me and my family ate at this place and let me tell you DONT GO. We waited 45 minutes for our food and we saw 8 Cockroaches and lost our appetite very quickly. When we tried to get our bill we had to wait for 30 minutes because all the workers were just hanging out doing absolutely nothing. 1 STAR DONT GO NOT RECOMMENDED.

We went and sat at the bar....ambiance was blah, TV didn't work, barkeeps barely recognized us, food and drinks average. This was our first meal at a New Bern Mexican restaurant, as we are new to the area...we will keep searching for the right vibe.
