My first visit to this pool room. I drove 2 hours for a tournament. It’s a nice pool room, but honestly I don’t see myself returning. Please clean the balls. I’ve never seen billiard balls this dirty. The tables seem to be in pretty good condition. But the balls were an extreme disappointment. Why not clean them before big tournaments? I have played on valley tables in bowling alleys with cleaner balls.

The management are liars and drama oriented they ban you for just breathing. I dont recommend going here cause the immaturity of the staff and lies and just poor service. I said I had a card to pay my tab and they said they didn't hear me and said we can't reverse it I asked to speak to the manager they said they won't answer and lied saying they don't know the system and it was set up by previous owners whi is a lie in itself cause why would you have someone know your payment security system other than yourself. Lying about what happened over exaggerated the situation making it look worse than it was cause if what they said happened happened I would have been jail which I dont but ended with an apology on my part and was completely gaffed off and ignored like they don't care they just want your money but I won't spend another dime there just go do what I need to and leave ive never had this much discontent in a bar in my life like they need to grow up. You are there to serve. I didn't disrupt any patrons just staff and there was no scene just a few words and I left peacefully like I know you lied you just wanted my tab money when it would have been covered and even with that still left a 20% tab like get over yourself you work in a bar not a 5 star restaurant with a dress code. This is the only time in my 26 years of drinking in bars that I've been treated by the staff this way when the customer. It's disrespectful and outright rude. And by the review the most recent reviews are mostly negative and all staff issues so I'm not the only one looks like they need new staff who know their place and not just ban people just because they got a stick so far that they think they are better cause they have that power over people they need therapy

Came in to play some pool with the family on a Sunday.As we entered all eyes turned to us bc it was very quiet in the room. It was awkward for a moment but the bartender was warm and kind. They were doing a tournament but still had a change operated table. It was nice to be able to play pool (in a bar) without the loud bar type atmosphere.Tables were nice. Service was good.

We have been coming here for years, and I don't live in the area anymore, but when we come back, we always stop in! The pool tables are great and fairly priced. They offer small snacks and, of course, a full bar. I have yet to find a pool hall/bar that we like more!

First off as a pool player, I enjoy this bar. I travel one hour out of my way to play on their diamonds. Always had cold beer, and I have never had any issues here. 9ft, are abundant and 7 ft coin operated. Best place in New Bern to play pool. Appreciate them.

Was very nice and enjoyable. My hubby brought in a Gatorade and didn’t know the “rule” of not bringing drinks from outside in. Was here for a couple hours and it wasn’t mentioned til a a particular bartender or “security” came in and we didn’t notice the sign at the bar, she came off very rude and nasty about it, demanded we take the drink outside right then and there or she was going to throw it away, My hubby was in the middle of a pool game. Totally disrespectful and She could have been more polite about it. And a previous bartender came around to collect trash and empty cups and NEVER said a word to us about the policy. We didn’t add anything else to our tab after this, I had half full Dr.pepper sitting behind me on the bar and the bartender took it while collecting trash. This was upsetting as I was still drinking it, my hubby was very upset with this.
What a great place to throw back a few and enjoy some entertainment. So happy that the new owners are doing what needs to be done to make it a top-notch spot to stop!
