Thought I was going to visit a little small quite tavern and I arrived and it was a blast everyone is really friendly and helpful and the older crowd are more fun than anyone I've met in New Bern area... Very good bartenders and food I'll drive from Greenville just to chill here and bar hop afterwards!

Front desk told us that we would have a 45min-1hr wait to be seated, instead we only waited 13mins. When we sat down we were greeted by our waitress, she gave us outstanding service and delicious food! Would definitely go again!

Returned on next visit to New Bern. The atmosphere is great. Not a wide open restaurant but cubby hole sections for comfort and privacy. Food was great as was the service. Would definitely recommend and will be back on my next visit. All comments are still valid. There was an hour and a half wait but we ate at a high top which was fine.

My family and I went for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. We ordered a kids’ mac and cheese, Shrimp & Fries, Burger, and the Char-Crust Salmon. I was amazed by the kids’ mac and cheese—it was delicious and made with care, unlike many places that don’t put much effort into kids’ meals. The fries were perfectly crisp and so delicious. My son really enjoyed his burger, and the Char-Crust Salmon was excellent. We also tried the croissants, and they were absolutely outstanding—definitely a highlight! Every dish was well prepared. We truly recommend this

When I saw the front of the place I was expecting a small place. Based on reviews we decided to give it a try. Once we walked in, I was amazed how large it was inside, plus the outdoor seating. Food and service were both excellent! You will not be disappointed. Go hungry, portions are huge.

We went to Morgan’s on 08/13 for my son’s birthday We had 7 people and made reservations. Everyone enjoyed their meals we had Salmon, Meatloaf, Shrimp hoagie, Chicken tenders and spinach appetizer dip. Service was good our waitress Grace was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our food very much. We will come back soon!🥰

I have enjoyed food here two times only, but both culinary experiences were tastful and full of flavor. I did love the six baby ribs plate acompanied with baked sweet potato, and a glass of cabernet wine of was excelent companion for this dish. The second time I enjoyed the ribeye with asparragus. A lovely, tender and juice piece of meat, right on the cooking term I did ask for, and fully of flavor. This time the malbec wine was the correct match for this plate.

Everytime I come here, its a great experience. Service, food, atmosphere, and pricing is always great. When I imagine eating out, I think of an experience this restaurant provides. The staff is amazing, and the wait is always worth it (if there ever is one). I've only tried a few different dishes but I'll be back and I would recommend the reader try this place out if they haven't already.
