Great atmosphere! The staff are very attentive and management is topnotch. Food is superior. This is my coffeeshop whenever I visit New Bern.

My wife and I have come to New Bern the last 2 years for Christmas to visit my in laws. Yesterday I found this little gem of a coffee shop. The young lady working is absolutely amazing. Very personable and great with customers. Coffee selection and flavors are superb. I'm particular when it comes to not wanting to taste my coffee. I like sweet. The Milky Way is truly great. Stop wasting money at the big coffee shops and go local. Head over to this local gem and support your community.

When visiting my parents in New Bern, NC we found this little spot and between the girls friendliness and knowledge, a great experience. If I could bottle her and the place up and bring home I would. Abigail is the absolute best!

This place used to be good when we first moved to NB in 2022. Over the years I’m not sure what’s changed but the coffee just isn’t the same. Today I couldn’t even finish my drink because it was just not good, not to mention paying $8.50 for a medium iced latte that I couldn’t even finish kind of stung a little. Whatever has changed in the business as far as quality I hope it can go back and I can love it again.

Definitely recommend this place. The ice cream is delicious and the employee was kind and courteous. We will be back.

BLACKoUT coffee is truly the best beans you will ever have. The locally roasted coffee here is exceptional exquisite- they will make any drink you want, kids love the lemonade- They also make a wonderful milkshakes and have lovely treats. If you’re a coffee snob you’re gonna fall in love.

Kid-friendliness: They have games of the tables for kids, clean bathroom, ice cream, cake pop calls that are so good and my kiddos love it here.

I ordered the vanilla latte and it was the best I'd ever have ! I was visiting on my boat on the inland waterway . I will definitely be back again !! I would also recommend the breakfast sandwiches !!

Wow, if I could give a 0 star I would. Nice looking place. We finally got coffee.place looked cool. Barista was horrible. She saw me and my wife walking in went to the back and took probably 5 minutes to come out. A large family of 6 came in got tired of waiting after that and left them another two people walked in waited for over 10 minutes on their drink. This was around 10:00am on April 2nd. So if you read this may want to check on your employee with the relink cameras you have around.The bathrooms were disgusting. Not sure what she does.

Gave this place a try while in town for work. Staff were helpful and made some great coffee we enjoyed. Even gave our dog a pup cup!

A tried this dump three times. First time, a young woman with blondish hair was writing something on the front door. I was giving her time to finish, and she yelled at me to open the door. Okay. Well, the same unpleasant employee was working there early this morning and she was very snappy and rude acting. The coffee was Luke warm and tasteless.
