Had a great fist time. Already for got the amazing lady's name there. She works Wednesday's. We connected like old friends. Will make this place a spot to go at least 1 or 2 times a week. I got a sipper of Peach mango. Delicious.
Dietary restrictions: I had the Gastric sleeve done and needing to stay hydrated and have protein. They have great selection. Also the lady behind the counter helped me and understands what I needed.

Nourish is highly recommended if you look for healthy meals replacement, good and safe energy teas the staff are very friendly and welcoming with a smile the atmosphere is so comfortable, relaxing and welcoming did I mention they have The BEST teas, shakes, protein snacks and so much more my favorites are the salty caramel cookie, white chocolate Carmel pretzel (shakes) favorite teas are the neuse, the trent just to name few
Kid-friendliness: They even have healthy options for the kids !!
They brought some drinks to the Kia dealership yesterday. I had the blue raspberry lemonade and it was excellent!! I look forward to stopping in on my next trip to New Bern.
