We went with a party of 6 last night, July 26th, at around 9pm. We came in and drinks took a while to come out but we assumed maybe there was some hold up from servers trying to finish up side work before closing, so we over looked it. Our server, bless her heart, was a nice lady, but we had to repeat our orders 4-5 times and throughout the course of the meal we’d have to repeat what we ordered and check where it was. Overall, food took a long time to come out and refills were infrequent. Our waitress could not remember what drinks everyone got. Dessert took another 30 minutes to come out after we finished our meal and got boxes for what remained. To top it all off, at 5am, I woke up extremely nauseous and rushed to the bathroom to throw everything up. I got a blooming burger that was cold and warm in some spots but well done, which might have been the culprit.

They continue to disappoint me. This is the second time I’ve placed a to-go order and it looks like they just threw it in a box and the lobster was just steamed, no seasoning. The first time I was on location so the remade the order.

Recommend! Good food, great service, and nice comfortable dining atmosphere. We sat out on their patio which was very nice, first time going to an Outback Steakhouse with a patio, great idea, definitely adds to atmosphere/vibe of the restaurant. Great location just off of downtown and the river, quiet area. Recommend checking Outback Steakhouse out!
It was enjoyable. I believe they need more wait staff.

Had an amazing dinner at Outback tonight! Our server Brandon went above and beyond expectations as well as Billy the store manager. It’s great to come to dinner and leave knowing who served you.

Nice furniture and atmosphere. Waitress mostly forgot me. Salad came, no silverware. Lobster tails tasted like they were worth $10, not $35, and size was worth $5. Never again!
