I think the underlying issue here is that they are understaffed and stressed. We picked up an online order, and went through the drive through. Both times the wait was much longer than needed.

Went here for lunch at 1:55 on 08/13/25. Was waited on by a short brunette with a bad attitude. Mostly running the register, however I was unlucky enough to have her serve my food. Gave me the wrong dish and when I informed her, she gave me a disgusted look and rolled her eyes. Not a good look for any business. No thank you nor the usual fortune cookie. I love Panda Express, but will not deal with rude service. Will just go elsewhere.

Sweet girl at counter really went out of her way to help in every way. Not inexpensive, but we LOVE the food and had enough to make the leftovers dinner the next day! I got the “upgrades” - spicy shrimp was excellent and steak dish was very good. Atmosphere not exactly romantic…, but clean!

Lucky to have had a good experience here according to the reviews after the fact. We had to wait a little bit but the food was great and the workers we encountered were courteous and friendly! Decent looking and clean restaurant too.

I drove thirty minutes for some panda express today and the girl who took my order gave me attitude. When I was placing my order she continued to read off my items and I confirmed it was correct but once I paid and got my food, I was missing the order of crab Rangoons and my side of orange chicken. Cashier also did not provide a receipt. Very disappointing service. 2/5 stars.

If you order after 830 pm I was told you get whatever food they have prepared. We'll that's accurate because at 845 they just took the liberty to substitute items as they saw fit. Hilarious. No mention of it when handing the order to me or anything. Then to say sorry kitchen closes at 830? Shut the front door! Ridiculous
