I like to get Cub Meal, but too often, something from the Meal is missing. One time the juice box was missing. Another time, the apple crisps. And one time, both of those were missing. I really don't like coming back to the restaurant after I have already driven off.
The food was great but the customer service was excellent. My wife accidentally left her pocketbook at the New Bern store. The employee found it and held it for us. Hard to find honest people these days, they have one there. I didn't get her name,wish I did. Thank you so much, you are the good part of this world.
I think the underlying issue here is that they are understaffed and stressed. We picked up an online order, and went through the drive through. Both times the wait was much longer than needed.
