My grandson's birthday was today and he choose his favorite Pizza Hut to eat. After getting my salad I asked the waitress (Zan) if there was like a birthday cake or something I could purchase for him. She wasn't sure but took the time to come up with something. We'll after our meal she took it to a level I couldn't believe. She gathered up the employees and where she got the candle from who knows and dimmed the lights and they all came out to sing for him. The look of surprise on his face was priceless. I want to thank the employees and especially Zan for this beautiful gesture. Thank you so much to all of you!

I had a national T-Mobile coupon and they did not honor it. They let me order and then made me pay at pick up. There was nothing about not honoring the coupon in the app.

This review is mainly for dashers, for some reason here they mark the order ready, but yet they are still making it. This affects us dashers cause it gives the misconception that we are wasting time. This needs to be fixed. They did it again 08/04/2025

The buffet left a lot to be desired. The service was ok, but there weren't a lot of people in there, so it should've been better. But it's what you expect from a pizza hut buffet.

The girls at the drive through were polite. The only issue I had was the amount of time my order took and the lack of explanation but the store manager gave me a call and explained the delay. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The cause in my delay was due to the cook. I used to prefer the Glenburnie location until we moved closer to MLK. The past 3 times we've been to the MLK location we've had great service and this was the only time my order took long.

This pizzahut used to be a great place to eat but I can tell the taste of the food doesn't taste as good anymore. The temperature of the food was lukewarm especially having to wait 20 minutes. I believe as time go on it will get better here.

The wings are great and the salad bar is ok but need some work. The service is terrible and they are always short staff. The staff give you the impression that they don’t care if you dine with them or not. Sometimes the food is over cooked or under cooked. Just not the place I grew up loving to eat at.
