The girls at the drive through were polite. The only issue I had was the amount of time my order took and the lack of explanation but the store manager gave me a call and explained the delay. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The cause in my delay was due to the cook. I used to prefer the Glenburnie location until we moved closer to MLK. The past 3 times we've been to the MLK location we've had great service and this was the only time my order took long.

This pizzahut used to be a great place to eat but I can tell the taste of the food doesn't taste as good anymore. The temperature of the food was lukewarm especially having to wait 20 minutes. I believe as time go on it will get better here.

The wings are great and the salad bar is ok but need some work. The service is terrible and they are always short staff. The staff give you the impression that they don’t care if you dine with them or not. Sometimes the food is over cooked or under cooked. Just not the place I grew up loving to eat at.

Very under staffed. We thought our waitress was slow and a bit irritated. Then we found out she was doing almost every job there by herself. She is a great person but very overwhelmed.
I tried to order on line. The website is TERRIBLE! Three tries, three fails. Had to call my order in, then couldn't use my reward points since they only work on-line.

I remember the pan pizza of yesteryear. The cheese and toppings went all the way to the edge. They had a crispy edge, and the crust was almost like it was fried. The new way is just not the same and nowhere as good. It is not this locations fault. It is corporate.
The food and service was great, but the kitchen seems to have an obsession with onions and Italian sausage. They really need to dial it back a bit and give more variety.
