My grandson's birthday was today and he choose his favorite Pizza Hut to eat. After getting my salad I asked the waitress (Zan) if there was like a birthday cake or something I could purchase for him. She wasn't sure but took the time to come up with something. We'll after our meal she took it to a level I couldn't believe. She gathered up the employees and where she got the candle from who knows and dimmed the lights and they all came out to sing for him....

The buffet left a lot to be desired. The service was ok, but there weren't a lot of people in there, so it should've been better. But it's what you expect from a pizza hut buffet.

The girls at the drive through were polite. The only issue I had was the amount of time my order took and the lack of explanation but the store manager gave me a call and explained the delay. Very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. The cause in my delay was due to the cook. I used to prefer the Glenburnie location until we moved closer to MLK. The past 3 times we've been to the MLK location we've had great service and this was the only time my...
