We usually order takeout from Pizza Hut, but tonight we decided to dine in for a change, and it was a great decision! At first, we were a little hesitant, but Chrissy, our waitress, made the whole experience amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The pizza was, as always, delicious – hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The dine-in experience exceeded our expectations, thanks to the warm atmosphere and Chrissy’s great service. We'll definitely consider dining in more often now!
I came in today (12/5/24) around 1 pm while waiting for car at Mavis Tire. I was the only customer for table service. I ordered a personal pan pizza and a Pepsi. I went and sat at the front area, and waited about 10 minutes, and a young man brought my pizza. I asked about my drink and he went to get it. I noticed no napkins or condiments on the table, so I walked back towards the kitchen, and the waiter came out with my drink. I asked for red pepper flakes and sprinkle cheese, and he walked back in the kitchen, then returned telling me they didn’t have packets and would have to charge me $1.00 for some. I said do I have to pay for napkins too? I told him I had been a Pizza Hut customer for a long time and had never heard of such a thing. Pretty ridiculous.

Got the triple box, The pizza was absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even chew the crust. It was extremely tough. The breadsticks were overcooked had no seasoning on them. It was like chewing leather, had to throw them away. Pizza Hut used to be good but not anymore. I don’t know what happened but we will never Order from them again!! Gas station pizza would’ve been better!! So so disappointed

Very disappointed because I love Pizza hut and choose it over dominos 100times over but maybe it’s just this particular location but first two times my orders were 15 min late no big deal atleast the pizza was some what warm to eat. This time I placed an order for delivery at 4pm to deliver at 8:15 when i’m getting off work. Food was not delivered till 9pm. Had to call the store to figure it out and my pizza was not fully cooked and it was cold. I guess I will be having to jump on the dominos bandwagon from now on.

They quoted delivery for one pizza within an hour ( which is atrocious already) and still missed that time by almost 30 minutes. The pizza finally arrived and was almost cold enough to warrant reheating. They have done this several time thought our time here.

Trying to order pizza for my birthday dinner for me and my kids and husband and it didn't get delivered By the time, it said it would it finally got delivered almost an hour after the time it said it was gonna be delivered. Pizza was cold

Pull up to the drive thru to be told “your order is not quite ready yet.” Okay, no worries. We parked and waited. 30 minutes goes by and my husband runs in and is told “it’ll be a few more minutes”. Another 15 minutes goes by and he’s told “oh we are remaking this order it was never made.” We refunded our order and left.We had plans, 3 kids screaming in the car. Overall frustrating. Some honest communication’s really goes a long way.
Tried to get three pizzas on 12/22. 25 minutes after the 20 minute time frame when it was supposed to be done I finally got them. There were cars in the drivethru that cut the car off waiting so long. A flock of seagulls could run a place better than that. My god.

Hate to leave this review pizza hut but my order finally did come 90 minutes after I placed my order. A full hour after your estimated delivery time. And yes it was cold when I received it. Not sure what reason you might have for that because your pizza tracker put my order on the road at 925pm. Arriving at my house at 1030pm. Was it riding around in the drivers car all that time?? Do better pizza hut. Next order will be calling Domino's.
