Walked in one of the employees hiding from cameras on his phone.. no other patrons inside. Floors and all but 3 tables cleaned..employee at the register was nice but ran right back to his phone.. nothing stocked up front with dirty counters

Can't beat Schlotsky's!I'm from Texas, and though I have to travel 45 minutes to get there, I'm so happy there's one here in North Carolina!It's a once a month trip, though, lol!

I can't speak for the food because I've never tried anything here but I pick up food for my husband and the service SUCKS! What exactly is so hard about ordering a number 8 and asking for chicken instead of beef. I asked for it to be chicken twice! This is not the first time it has happened. Get some competent employees please?

I like the food, but when I saw there is now a giant size I got excited. Only to be told that they don't know why their signs have a giant as they don't have them and that it must be a corporate thing. I really wanted the giant size.

We usually love coming to Schlotsky's, we live 40 minutes away so we don't get to as much as we would like to. But it seems to have gone downhill a bit The soda fountain dribks were so watered down or needed to be changed. The sweet tea warm. The sandwiches were good, the pizza didn't have hardly any sauce on it. My loaded potato soup was cold and I asked them to heat it up and it was still Luke warm. And ut almost looked like the cream/milk had curdled. So I didn't get to eat that. The 3 guys there could care less. About anything, especially the cashier. It we like we were bothering him to ask for cookies or buns. Then a to go bag for everything. I usually am the one bragging to everyone about how great it is but I won't be doing that anymore. Sad to say ...

Had to drive 3 hours because yall closed all of your restaurants in tidewater va. .. but it was worth it. Please open some closer to us.
On Friday, I came by at 7:04pm and your employee was hanging out with his friends by his car. When he saw me he ran inside and I pressume hid. Because when I got to the speaker, I waited a few minutes and he ignored me. As I was driving away he was just standing there smiling, he didn't even have a headset on.Now tonight at 6:00pm, which is Sunday night I came by to get dinner. Again, no one answered the speaker, I drove around twice. 2 cars where there and neither one did their job. Instead they again, waited for me to drive off.So, if you guys are losing business at night, it may have something to do with your employees literally ignoring your customers.

My bill was $30. When I got home, 1/2 of wasn't in there. No reciept. Tried to call, no answer. Went back the next day and told them. I guess they thought I was not telling the truth. They charged me more for the same order. I checked my bag, again forgot some . I couldn't believe it. My husband and I both got upset stomachs the next day. That was all we ate, so had to be the food from here. I will never eat there again. And I love their Fiesta chicken sandwich or used to.

I went for Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. I knew since they aren’t made by Cinnabon they wouldn’t be as good. They tasted like they have been sitting out. The frosting was thin. Staff are friendly.
