They are extremely disorganized, my family and I ordered drinks and after nearly 30 minutes we still had not received the drinks. Five families arrived after us and they even began to get their food orders. We returned our menus to the front desk and nobody from the staff approached us to ask if everything was ok. We were extremely disappointed with the service and will not be going again.

I was disappointed in this restaurant. It began at the coffee bar. The coffee urns were empty. They had another row on top but hard to get to. The prices were way too high and the quality of food was subpar. I will not be going back. Too bad. The location was convenient to where we lived and we were so hoping to find a nice breakfast spot.Parking: Lots of parking

I was upcharged without being told, I should have been informed when letting the waitress know what I wanted.

They are card only so do not bring cash. The service was great. However all of the food was cold. The biscuits were reminiscent of day old cheap canned biscuits. Gravy was as if it had been sitting on a pot on a counter without heat, eggs were under done. I understand that there is a fine line with over easy eggs but the white should be fully cooked with yoke still runny. Hashbrowns were burnt. The wait service was the best I've seen in this area so far. It's just a shame that the cooks can't come through even with the restaurant being empty. I do not like to send food back n have it wasted. Nor do I like to bother the wait staff when they are actually doing their jobs.

We walked in the restaurant to a young woman barking from behind a counter to sit and someone would be there. No good morning, just straight to, "right there! while pointing as soon as the door was pulled open"It was a nice location and our server was great, but the food was bland and sad. Grits, bland. Eggs, seasonless and burnt. Sausage link tasted microwaved. No sausage in the sausage gravy.Coffee bar available for you to make your own coffee which might be fun in theory, I was just so tired first thing this morning that making it to a corner to figure out a coffee bar was not high on my priority list. Then the creams weren't with the coffee and every sweetener was there except splenda, but splenda was later found on our table.Just not impressed. My husband spends a lot of time finding us great places when we go out of town so I feel like my experience might have been a fluke.

Have not been here for some time. Still good as always. Tiffany was our server and what I liked, when she brought an omelette to one in our party, she noticed the pepper jack was omitted.

Breakfast has been good except this last time the hash browns and bacon were very overcooked they were hard to chew. Good service and friendly staff.

What a great breakfast spot! I’d heard about it for the longest time, but never had a chance to try it out until today. Everything was wonderful! Our server was attentive and super sweet, the Eggs Benedict were delicious (we both ordered the same thing), and we were in and out of there in under 30 minutes! Fabulous!
Just had the best Veggie Benedict I’ve ever had! Love a little unassuming place that hits you with unexpected deliciousness!!Vegetarian options: Great Vegetarian options

Great food, excellent service and pricing! Just like the old time diner. Check Facebook page to verify hours and or call.
Food is average at best, overpriced for sure. Service and staff attitude needs improvement. Went once, won't be going back.

This is a great little breakfast and brunch spot in New Bern. Typical greasy spoon diner offerings including eggs and pancakes. I got the traditional eggs Benedict and it was delicious. They have several kinds of Benedict including a vegetarian and a crab version. They even have a Seniors' special section of the menu which 55 and older can order from for smaller portions thus cheaper pricing. Great little spot if you're craving breakfasty foods! Service was quick and friendly!
