I visited sonic today around 1:28pm I order a sonic burger combo something I order every time I visit sonic I always tell them no mayo and tomatoes going forward I pulls over to a parking area by citi trends to eat my food I unwrapped my sandwich to check and be sure it had no tomatoes or mayo on it and a dime falls out the sandwich I return to the store ask to speak to a manager I even ask the manager do they have coins in the cooking area he stated no so I begin to unwrap my sandwich to show him I had a dime in my sandwich he brushed it off of course then I reached out to cooperate someone finally called me back and the gentleman told me he would have the issue investigated and I was basically brushed off again he did offer a gift card I expressed to him what if I had gotten choked or if the sandwich was for one of my kids and they got choked thank goodness I had a witness in the car with me

Pushed the buttons a bunch of times. Screen said please wait we know you pressed the button. A car pulled in next to me and I could hear they were taking their order. I waited for 10 minutes. Never got service I left and went to cookout and that was way better.

Jae was super nice to my ADHD kiddo! The playground is nice, and the food tastes good. The variety of drinks is great! Booking a party for his birthday a few years ago was easy and affordable, too.

When you have to check your food before you can leave bc most the time they put 1 or 2 little sausage crumble on it today they didn’t put any it. And slow
To add today tried again so bad cold food after 15 mins and the wrapper looked like it came from trash but she offered to just rewrap it no I’m not going to eat it no I’m good. Nasty said it was cheese from burrito but said burrito literally had one piece of cheese

I think the concept is cool.. drive up to your own parking spot, order from your own touch screen and pay at the screen.... but 2x now someone who thinks it's a regular parking lot has driven directly at me playing chicken when it's a one way or a drive up and that's super dangerous. They're need to be clear driving directions 😩 it's not worth an accident for a 14$ meal. Although the fries and my favorite! Someone please add some clear driving directing for the night time drive ups!
