This is my first experience with poor customer service at any Starbucks location. The girl working there was rude and unprofessional and almost threw my drink out to me. It looked like she did not want to do her job. She was also ranting on about another employee and didn’t even acknowledge my thank you.

Nobody took my order for several minutes, they were not really doing much behind the counter. Nobody brought my order out for 30 minutes and when I went to ask about it, again I had to stand there waiting for someone to come and they were not apologetic and no refund or anything. Very disorganized and unfriendly.

Haleigh and her two coworkers were SO nice! I asked them if my birthday coupon would work at their target branch, only to find out it had already expired. But they made it for me anyway! They really went above and beyond to make my day.

STARBUCKS- Target- New Bern, NC Location.Always grab my Starbucks when I walk into Target to shop. My batista was friendly as always! Drink was great as always! I got the Iced Sugar Cookie drink made with oatmilk typed with the salted caramel cold foam. ♥︎
Usually like this starbucks location, but Thursday I had the weirdest tasting PINK DRINK that I dumped it out.(I believe it was due to a different coconut milk being used)

Great Dirty Chai Lattes, probably the best we’ve had at any Starbucks (this was at the Starbucks in the New Bern Target). Our barista, Rod, was very friendly, courteous & professional.
