Nicest humans ever. We went in around 11am on a Wednesday and the lovely people who helped us gave my tween and 4 year old the sweetest experience of talking through all the treats. They even decorated a cup with a snowperson! Thank you for sparking joy on this mental health day. You gave us a very happy holiday!

I ordered an ice latte when I first started shopping in the store. I’ve been proceeded to do all of my shopping, which was about 25 minutes. I went back and it wasn’t done. I asked the girls what was happening. They were just sitting there like they had care in the world. There were three of them so I proceeded to check out. Went back it wasn’t done. And then went home and read war and peace several times. And re-organized my stamp collection. I drove back and it still wasn’t done. No sense of urgency with these folks like you just paid 653 for a cuppa coffee and if you wanna pay $6.53 or a cuppa coffee, which is stupid in the first place, it should be there before it gets hot. Because it was an iced coffee.

Our drinks today were the worst we have ever had - and we even had coffee with expired milk before! First off we waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. My husband did the entire shopping trip, paid and I was still waiting! The guy who was making the drinks was too busy talking to fellow employees to care about the back up of orders piling up. Another worker offered to help and he told her he had it. I think he forgot to put the coffee in the mocha frappe and it was nothing but ice and chocolate syrup. The iced coffee was nothing but milk. This was the last straw for this location. Worst service and drink ever. We had to throw both drinks away….. very disappointing. Maybe try hiring someone who knows how to make coffee!

Love going to Starbucks in grocery stores. Customer service is more personal as it’s a smaller crew. I feel they get to know their customers more on a local side and not just people passing by. Carly, Victoria, Hasia, Camron and Ashlyn are my favorite baristas. I will always come there when heading to new Bern. Keep up the good work!!!

Very safe area. Inside very nice Harris Teeter. Started getting my coffee at the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter. Great customer service. I got here every morning on the way to work.
This is a Starbucks inside of a Harris Teeter. The map previously had it located incorrectly in a neighborhood and it’s now fixed. The people working there are super helpful and happy to serve you. Had a great beverage and egg bites.

Went today to get some caffeine to start my weekend this is the closest Starbucks to me and it's in Harris teeter so I go in and there is a sign up that says no espresso today sorry for the convenience um...wait this is a Starbucks why not fix the machine right away and the lady was rude when I asked why no espresso she was like because my machine is down in a snarky attitude and then I get to eat my breakfast sandwich I got and it was all old and dried up never have them like this there always fresh so super disappointed but oh well won't be back
