owner does not keep the product fully stocked to the point the employees don't have the basic essentials to provide what the customers want.didn't have turkey, didn't have provolone, didn't even have mayonnaise, one of the most requested condiments on a sub. bout as bad as the havelock location.employees were just fine and did what they had to.

There should be no reason why a Subway is right down. The road from a grocery store and they can't take a couple dollars out. To go buy Mayonnaise so they can replace the Mayonnaise. There's no reason why there's 3 people in the store and you have a line full of customers and only 1 person is working. The counter one is sweeping. One is in the back doing whatever the heck she was doing and then the other lady was swamped with at least 15 people in the line absolutely unprofessional. Second, this store should never run out of product period it should get a truck every week and you should be getting enough to accommodate everything throughout the week. This is Subway, this isn't that hard? You'll need to do better and especially when you have a line. 2 people at least need to be behind the counter, making sandwiches. Not one in the back volleybagger around 1 wiping tables down and sweeping the floor nobody cares about you wiping the tables down and sweeping the floor what we want to see is our sandwiches being made and us getting out of there as fast as possible.

I came to your restaurant on 12/26/2023 and the receipt says 10:23 a.m. to order a 6 in cold cuts trio sandwich I am a patient of dialysis so when I got to dialysis which is a 4-Hour long treatment I could not eat my sandwich it was stale the bread was stale the veggies weren't fresh... this sandwich was inedible...and I should have known cuz when I looked at the items through the glass everything look like it was freezer burn but I was hungry and I really had no more time so I got it and when I got to dialysis to eat the sandwich it was not edible and the fact that I came here directly afterwards to get my money back... nobody can get me a refund... no one is authorized to give a return on a $5.29 sandwich with the tax $5.65 after I already had to sit for 4 hours hungry.. this is a very frustrating experience I .never been to the subway before it was my first time eating here... And it was Quite DISAPPOINTING! and the fact that it was gross and no one could give me my refund so I can go purchase something that is edible after sitting for 4 hours hungry it's quite disappointing and I will be leaving a Google review on top of that. I spoke to a Ms Melissa and she said that IT WILL take her 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a KEN in order to give me a $5.65 refund THIS Is ridiculous please contact me back with something better than I'm sorry... DIALYSIS PATIENCE WHEN THEY COME FROM TREATMENT NEED TO I EAT AND I WAS QUITE SICK BC OF THIS EXPERIENCE?!!!??

There weren’t any plastic knives so I asked them to slice the lunch meat for my salad. I guess they expected me to sit there and tear whole slices of lunch meat apart with one fork. They gave me a knife the counter and told me to give the knife back when I was done. Then the entire time we were eating the staff was so loud and acting so obnoxious! It was so unprofessional and it ruined the entire lunch.

Run, don't walk, away from this bait and switch business! My wife and I went there on June 15th planning to use a coupon from the Subway coupon sheet that we got from our local newspaper. Upon entering, we saw a posted sign that said that BOGO coupons were not accepted there, which wasn't a problem since we planned of using the 3 subs for $17.99 coupon. To be sure that it was good, we asked the young lady who requested our order if that coupon was good there. She said yes. We then asked if all of the subs were included and she again said yes. We then ordered our subs and waited while they were prepared. When we went to check out, the woman at the register said that our total was $40.11. I told her that we had the coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 and she said that the coupon was not good there and repeated that the bill was $40.11. I told her that I had asked her coworker before we ordered if it was good and she said yes. The woman at the register just repeated that the coupon was no good and that the bill was $40.11. At this point, the woman who told us that the coupon was good came over and said that the boss had told her that anything with a price on would be honored. The woman at the register took the coupon and scanned it and said to look and see that it's not being accepted and that the bill was $40.11. I was ready to leave the subs and walk out, but my wife indicated how nervous the young person was who said the coupon was okay and that she was afraid that she might be stuck with paying for our order or worse yet fired if we left so I paid the bill and we left. The local paper provides coupons for a local establishment and then that establishment refuses to accept them! Go figure! My suggestion is for you to walk across the parking lot to Bojangles were less than $39 will get you 20 pieces of chicken, 10 biscuits, 4 sides, and a gallon of tea. If you don't want chicken, Burger King, in the same lot will give you 17 bacon double cheeseburgers for less than $39. Next to that is Taco Bell where less than $39 will get you 17 beefy melt burritos. Patronize those establishments that don't lure you in with false offers that won't be honored.
