Came here to eat lunch on Christmas Eve with my kids and the manager Anthony was very polite and accommodating. When hes working He always keeps the inside clean and stocked up. He's very friendly and he makes amazing subs. He deserves a 5 star review!! However the girls were not so inviting. The one who made my daughter's marinara meatball sub didn't even give her the sauce I had to have her take it back to add it and she barely gave her any meatballs. the one who made the rest of our sandwiches was hardly talking and when she did she was speaking so low. She kept trying to finish our sandwhiches without us finishing our toppings. When she rung my food up she didn't even apply my rewards points even though she said she was. She doesn't look happy nor does it look like she enjoys her job. She looks miserable. As soon as the manager and owner left. She kept scratching her head and touching food and went into the lobby talking on her phone yelling loudly to someone while sitting down. I give the food and service a 1 star. When Anthony is doing it it's a 5 star.

The girl that was working was pleasant and made everything great however the big dude that rang us up was so rude. Acted like we were disturbing his precious time and like he hated his job. If you hate people why work at a spot that requires you to deal with people

Food was fresh as always. Mr. Anthony is always nice and friendly and knows his customers. He has the best staff in town. I love going to subway to eat fresh.
I frequent this Subway a lot and Anthony (The Manager) always comes through. The vegetables are always fresh and I usually get rotessire chicken on wheat bread and it's always fresh too. His Staff is the best in New Bern, I have been to all the Subways in New Bern and again he has the best!!!

You call this a meatball marinara sub?!! This was horrible! It went directly in the trash. Disappointed. Bread was not fresh and absolutely no sauce looked like it was watered down or something but it smelled awful.

Lights are always off at night outside the building. I always think they are closed. Vegetables aren’t fresh. Staff used the same brown bowl to heat each persons food without cleaning it between uses. Shame I used to love subway no wonder this gets such low ratings! Poor management.

We waited patiently in line for 10 minutes to order. Then the manager refused to accept our coupon beca We didn’t place our order online. It doesn’t state that policy anywhere online or in the store . So we left without ordering

Terrible service! Lady was rude and talked to customers like they are children, stated coupons were only for 3 certain things when in fact they are not. She was too lazy to make my families subs so she said the coupons only counted for 3 of the subs. Lettuce old and soggy, not clean counter. rude customer service.
Please go to Jersey Mike's!!! I went there last night around 7:30. No chocolate chips cookies and not willing to cook any. The bread tasted old not fresh as the store brand is. Please just go to Jersey Mike's you won't be disappointed!

The lady working that night had a nasty attitude and my sandwich was not prepared properly. She didn't listen. There was nothing in the ends of the sandwich. It wasn't spread out evenly. She did not wash her hands before putting gloves on. I was just very disappointed.

Manager is always so friendly and kind. Oline orders quickly processed. Love the way he treats his staff, I was there during a lunch hour rush and he was very encouraging and telling the ladies "good job" as they kept the line moving. All employees always friendly as well!

This is the stingiest subway I've ever been to. They barely put anything on your subway and basically don't take any subway coupons due to the "owner's" policy.
