I ordered from the cantina menu, the cashier rang me up for the regular menu item instead and told me multiple times they rang it up right before someone else stepped in. Got the order and went to where I needed to go but when I opened it the items are completely drenched in what seemed to be buffalo sauce. One of the items even had visibly different sauce on the different ends of it.

I'd be very careful about eating here. Our food didn't taste right and the rice was very undercooked. Some family members ended up very sick after eating the food here. I'd recommend going to the James city location if you are craving Taco Bell, they always seem to get our food just right.

Very good customer service. The person who took my order and greeted me at the window had a big smile on her face and was authentically kind! And it tastes like Taco Bell!

Unfortunately I'm leaving a review that seems to be a common theme with this location. I order using the app and have been given the wrong order or orders missing items. If you're out of something just tell me, otherwise I'm going to assume the staff is being careless. My last order included the dipping burritos, but no dipping sauce and the cantina chicken quesadilla, which is supposed to come with the avocado ranch sauce, and there was none. I've gone to the location in James City and at least I received the correct order

Closing hours is 12am and I got there at 11:30 and they said they were closed. After stating that there closing hours said till 12am they said they only have beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese left out . Absolutely ridiculous

Made my final visit to this location tonight after going thru drive thru window. I ordered one item, the grilled cheese burrito. It had zero meat in it, nada. Very disappointing. Filled with under cooked rice and cheese, that was IT. Bye Taco Bell, not wasting any more money at this location. The last of many messed up orders. This was not a one time thing. I am done.
