Absolutely pathetic. I called the same night that they screwed up my order. I went home and didn’t even get to eat dinner. They should train everyone to make everything the same. My crunch wrap supreme should not have onions in it. Google it if you don’t know how to make a freaking Crunchwrap. Paid extra for steak too. Then I got a call back three days later that because I didn’t have a receipt which, by the way, I wasn’t given a receipt, or the crunch wrap I couldn’t be refunded just had it remade. Stupidest place ever.

Went through drive thru. Had a hard time getting the girl to understand what I wanted. Problem with the intercom/speaker. Repeated order 3 or 4 times. Had ordered a large cup of ice. Didn't get it and had to go inside to get it. Ordered meximelts, which apparently they don't have anymore. Got soft shell rollups instead. Tasteless. Only ate a bite and threw the rest away. Adios Taco Bell.

This was a horrible experience. It took over 45 minuted for my order to come to the counter. They had to remake the meal because they gave my family of 4 entire meal to a random customer and had to remake the entire order again. I saw the Door Dash driver there for pick also waiting over 40 minutes for his meal. I left before he got the delivery pick up. I could hear the staff yelling and cussing each other out like it was a back of house at a bar in plain sight. 0/10, will not be back.

Supreme tacos had no sour cream asked for extra cheese had a little pinch of cheese. No tomato. Shells were stale.

This is the most lack of customer service taco bell I have ever seen. I waited in line while no one was at the register for about 15 minutes with no one no acknowledgment. After talking to a team member, I ask to speak to the manager. She immediately was defensive about her team and told me I hadn't been waiting that long, they were short staff and I needed to be patient. I could not believe it, not I'm sorry for your wait and non acknowledgement. Then I realized the problem was her and the reason for the lack of customer service. This person has no business in this position. The crazy thing the whole time I was talking to her she had this crazy smile on her face all while being unapologetic.
