They almost always mess up your order and will forget an ingredient, such as today when I ordered two spicy potato soft tacos and only one of them had the spicy chipotle on it, give you the wrong item such as last week when I ordered the same thing and they gave me a crispy chicken taco but with potatoes added in, or make you wait an incredibly long time such as last week when I waited over 40 minutes to pick up a doordash order that I was only paid like $2 for. When they do get the item right however, it is usually low quality and bland compared to other taco bell’s. Staff is polite but generally incompetent. Incredible frustrating store to order from.

At 9pm if you have enough people to run the drive thro and your lobby doesn’t close till 11pm why are you forcing me to go through drive-through? I am not going to eat in my car. This is ridiculous. Do better!!!!!

First of all, Mr.rob, Terrence, Freddie, and Charles and few others, are some of the coolest people I have met, but the Management is bogus tammy, Becca and kawaan are stubborn and disrespectful, they judge you over the little things, when I started taco bell I was thrown to the wolf s I had no training what so ever, it was do this, do that, no help, at all, so no I do not recommend eating here shitty management means shitty food, mr.rob, Freddie, Charles, Taco bell don't need y'all, y'all can find better.

I had to give this place five stars all around. The staff that are working in the drive-through are very polite and have good manners. The food was good and they take care of the outside of the store. I didn’t see any trash outside or anything like that. Highly recommend this Taco Bell if you guys got to choose, and the line was long either in the drive-through.

Ordered a luxe box and subbed out hard shell taco for soft taco supreme. My substitution was ignored and when I informed the staff of their mistake they got an attitude with me like it was my fault. My burito had no meat just beans. Incompetence is staggering. Management needs improvement.

How can you be upset at Taco bell? It's the best bang for your buck find fast food. Grab yourself a Cravings box and call it good! Do yourself a favor and swap out the ground beef sometimes for potatoes, totally changes up a Crunchwrap supreme!

So just now 650pm went through drive through and got a deluxe box got it opened it and was a broken taco why would you serve a broken taco where everything falls out and everything that was made was made poorly and hardly had any meat then the mgr gets snappy and rude with me I will be talking to corporate

45 mins prior to closing time was told no grilled menu items would be sold. That took out half the menu and all of what I wanted.

I went through the drive-through on my way to work. Got two beef Mexi melts. I noticed right away that they forgot the pico, so I Went in and would assume they would just replace them. But instead he gave me 2 cups of Pico and told me to fix it myself. The manager just looked at him and shook her head, but never said a word at least while I was standing there I was so furious. I just grab my food and left. They really need to train these people better and they definitely need to learn service that had multiple individuals there that are extremely nasty and rude.
