Nice, clean and friendly. Dropped into the Bruin fir a quick drink. First time here, greeted immediately and friendly. Nice music playing in the background. Really nice choices for beer and wine, which is great cause the wife likes the grapes and I like the hops and it's usually one or the other on our stops. Great choices for walk out beers and wines. Great selection of North Carolina beers and other regional rarities. My go to place when looking for something from Burial, Gizmo or other top tier breweries. Fun to drop in for a draft beer as well!
My wife and I were walking the downtown of New Bern and came across this establishment. We enter and was greeted by Kristen. She gave my wife very good wine options. I had a Porter beer which was very good. Switched to red wine. Good atmosphere! As more people came in, our hostess was mindful of the music volume, and adjusted it accordingly. A wonderful experience. Must visit!
