If I could give 0 I would. Sat in drive through for 30 mins and as a manager in a fast service place that is absolutely unacceptable… the woman in the window didn’t even speak to us and practically threw the bag of food at me. On top of the horrible service experience ALL of our food was ice cold, and I live quite literally 2 mins away from the store so I know it wasn’t the ride home that made them that cold and they gave us one singular sauce and it wasn’t even the sauce we asked for. Very disappointed.

I had a genuinely great experience at this Wendy’s, the kind that reminds you why the chain has stayed a favorite for so many years. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff greeted me right away with an easy friendliness that set the tone for the whole visit. They seemed engaged and attentive, not just going through the motions, and that alone goes a long way.
My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out surprisingly fast for how fresh it tasted. The fries were crisp, the potato was hot and well assembled, and the produce actually looked bright and fresh instead of tired or wilted. Even the drink station was tidy and well stocked, which is something you notice only when it’s not done well elsewhere. It felt like a team that actually cares about the quality they’re putting out.
What impressed me most was the overall consistency. Every part of the experience lined up with what you hope for in a fast food stop but rarely get all at once: clean dining room, friendly staff, fresh food, and a smooth flow from start to finish. No hiccups, no hassle, just a truly solid meal that exceeded expectations.
Five stars for delivering exactly what fast food should be: quick, fresh, and reliably good. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location.

Spicy chicken sandwich made me very sick and have been on the toilet for 2 hours. Don’t order it! The inside of the restaurant is the least bit inviting, looks like you’re eating in a hospital.

Tried to get breakfast hours say open at 630 am but I drive a vehicle that’s too big for the drive through so I have to go inside but lobby doors are locked at 9 am ? Guess I’ll have to find a different breakfast place, which sucks those honey butter biscuits rock ☹️

Wow. Just went through the drive thru and spent $17.38 for a Baconator, Fry, Drink and a Cinnabon… food is fine, time was fast. But the girl at the window said 1 thing to me. “$17.38” No hello, how are you, thank you, have a nice day… nothing! She never even made eye contact. Almost dropped my card and drink because she barely put her arm out the window to give me my stuff. Get service Wendy’s! Let me know if you’d like to give my money to your competition, they are both right across the street. No receipt in the bag so I couldn’t tell you my order number if I wanted. But check records for the above total at around 5:15pm today. Dave would be so proud I’m sure.
Edit: (5 mins later) And NO STRAW!! Batting a 1000 aren’t ya. Jeeez
