Awful wings, people working couldn't decide between to much sauce or to little seasoning. And their blue cheese is absolutely awful, not even any crumbles in it had to double check they didn't give me the wrong dip when I first saw it. Not to mention they charge extra to even include a dipping sauce for wings. Not worth the price they charge at all, I've had better wings from a gas station.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. Theyāre either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

I travel all over & Wingstop is always my favorite-BUT THIS MEAL WAS EXCEPTIONAL! it was ready when I walked in the door. The fries were the freshest I've ever had. And the wings were excellent. Many times the bones are black-like apparently the chicken is frozen? But these were very fresh tasting, done just right & no black bones!

I donāt write reviews often, so given the fact that Iām bothering to take my time to do this, says something. Iām not sure about other wingstop locations as Iāve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone āspecializesā in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe theyāre just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Donāt even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I donāt see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, Iāve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didnāt even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If youāre in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

Placed a mobile order and took 45+ minutes to get it after sitting in the lobby. Worker asked my name when I walked in and then I proceeded to sit down and wait which is no problemā¦ but then I ended up sitting about 30 minutes when my food was sitting on the to go rack behind them the whole time. I guess the manager said ānew employeesā and then acted like it was my fault for being upset. Horrible service every timeā¦ wonāt be back.
I'm very disappointed. I bought garlic parmesan wings and seasoned fries tonight. my wings don't taste like garlic parmesan at all! I couldve cooked chicken nuggets at home and sprinkled parmesan cheese on them because that's all mine were. The fries had no seasoning on them. I had to add my own when I got home. food was awful
