I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! Placed a mobile order and took 45+ minutes to get it after sitting in the lobby. Worker asked my name when I walked in and then I proceeded to sit down and wait which is no problem… but then I ended up sitting about 30 minutes when my food was sitting on the to go rack behind them the whole time. I guess the manager said ‘new employees’ and then acted like it was my fault for being upset. Horrible service every time… won’t be back.

I'm very disappointed. I bought garlic parmesan wings and seasoned fries tonight. my wings don't taste like garlic parmesan at all! I couldve cooked chicken nuggets at home and sprinkled parmesan cheese on them because that's all mine were. The fries had no seasoning on them. I had to add my own when I got home. food was awful

We liked the seasoning and overall taste of the chicken wings. With that said, I ordered 20 boneless tenders and most of them were barely the size of a small chicken nugget. I expected them to be the size of a chicken tender. Very disappointing when you pay the price for a tender.
The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

I decided to go by today for lunch. Literally NONE of the workers wear gloves. Someone rolled my vegetable sticks, dropped wing and fries without any gloves. The young lady at the register actually took my cash and then walked to the fry station… Dropped the fries without washing her hands or applying gloves.
