I used to live in the south and have always thought Zaxby's was the best for fast food fried chicken and other things. Now that I visit I try to make a visit every trip. The fried white cheddar bites are my favorite and the chicken never disappoints!

Took 30 minutes in the drive thru

I’m not sure why it takes nine minutes to take an order when it was empty inside. The lady asked us for our order, went silent for a solid two minutes then she came back and laughing told us to repeat our order. I totally get that work can be fun sometimes, hehe haha not mad at it but there’s a time to do all that. Lady decided to give us attitude after I was talking to my husband saying “we have stuff to do”, then closed the drive thru doors to talk shit. Own up to your mistake baby. Went home just find out we were givin burnt toast, sorry but she don’t need to be working in fast food if she can’t take accountability for her mistake then got the audacity to be petty.

This place never has the frozen lemonade. Always says 20 to 30 minutes. This is the 3rd time. I think they just dont like making them bc I never have this problem at any other zaxbys location

Every time I go here the food is not fresh and it just tastes off. The fountain drink machine is always filthy and so are the tables. The whole vibe inside is gross. I always crave Zaxby's because the menu is good but this location is just bad. My whole family gets sick every time we go here. What a shame...

Over 15 minutes waiting after I paid and was told to pull forward for my order in the drive thru. Chicken fingers were very dry, quesadilla seemed like it had little cheese and toppings just fell out. Cracked lid on drink which spilled in car. Sorry not a pleasant experience, $35 not well spent.
