Over 15 minutes waiting after I paid and was told to pull forward for my order in the drive thru. Chicken fingers were very dry, quesadilla seemed like it had little cheese and toppings just fell out. Cracked lid on drink which spilled in car. Sorry not a pleasant experience, $35 not well spent.

Colossal disappointment. You would think a chicken franchise could at least get chicken fingers right! Served me old, cold, not-crispy tenders to me. It was midday, but still. I would gladly have waited, if offered, for fresh, good chicken. Never again! If I pressed to go back, I would stick to the salad., which is all I had ever ordered before.

The people that work here are clearly high, watched them smoke weed and re-enter into work. Makes sense why I had to wait 30 mins for food (1 kids meal/1 adult) and they forgot we even ordered 🙄

Quick service, friendly staff, and the food hit the spot! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the Zax Sauce is always a win. The restaurant was clean can’t complain about this location at all.

Ooooooh my God this is my home Zaxby's y'all!! Okay Soo I review places because I eat out everyday and when I travel I rely on reviews and want them to be honest. So any reviews I have done are on point and would never send you somewhere sketchy. So this place is totally on point they got their shit together and always have had it this way. They have a good bunch of workers there and always seem to have them there. I always tell my wife to watch they are going to mess this up. And bam!! They don't ever mess it up. And I always ask for the most diva stuff y'all!! But they always get it and always put my three extra packs of tongue torch sauce in the bag 😂. I always think I am going to have to run in and get but they have never let me down. So thanks to this lovely establishment that always has fresh food and a very clean place to eat. I highly recommend this joint it's popping and on point 😎

Zaxby's has a very nice & tasty menu.... I took the family for a take- out lunch, before going to a nearby Park.The food was fantastic! Very fresh, their new salad is really savory, & the time through the drive thru ;was minimal. No problem with our clean orders, the Staff was certainly fabulous!

Food is old and stale!! I have purchased the loaded fries multiple times and the french fries are old and hard!! I have asked for extra cheese they do not pay attention to the order!! Overpriced and the quality is not there!!!!

I normally love this place and the staff tend to be very great. However tonight my family and I ordered from here through Grubhub and I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It tasted amazing until I was halfway through my salad and found a lady bug.

Ordered two grilled chicken sandwich meals… . Waited 17 minutes in the drive thru just to receive uncooked chicken. We can’t even eat this… it’s unsafe. I understand a wait close to closing but serving under cooked chicken is not acceptable at any point.
