Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is old and stale!! I have purchased the loaded fries multiple times and the french fries are old and hard!! I have asked for extra cheese they do not pay attention to the order!! Overpriced and the quality is not there!!!!

I normally love this place and the staff tend to be very great. However tonight my family and I ordered from here through Grubhub and I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It tasted amazing until I was halfway through my salad and found a lady bug.

Very disappointed and would like a refund.

Ordered two grilled chicken sandwich meals… . Waited 17 minutes in the drive thru just to receive uncooked chicken. We can’t even eat this… it’s unsafe. I understand a wait close to closing but serving under cooked chicken is not acceptable at any point.

Personally, I come here all the time, and honestly the food was fast and good, However, I feel like if people don’t want to be at work or are not happy, leave your job. Personally just that one experience out of many made me want to go elsewhere.

Drive through staff member put her whole face/nose in my drink to figure out what it was before it was passed through my car window and then laughed when I asked for another drink from another worker. Food can be the best in the world but with service like that I wish I could give -5 stars! Totally disgusting!

Arrived around 4:50 today and ordered 4 tacos. Took almost 30 minutes to receive them. People coming in after us and ordering were getting their food first. The drive thru line had been cleared twice before we got ours. This is completely unacceptable and you've lost two loyal customers. We will not be back. Fix the issues!!!

The food was overpriced for the quality. Obviously this doesn't happen all the time but the soda machine was busted and it caused quite a holdup in the process of getting your order. It took the folks working the cash register a very long time to fill a drink order presumably due to the drive-thru line wrapping around the building. It always seems busy so they must be doing something right. Perhaps I caught it on a bad day

Every time I go to Zaxbys, my food is hot, tastes great and the staff is friendly. They will get your order right every time! The drive thru is quick to get you in and out.
