Hardee’s serves delicious food, but the soft drinks from the drive-thru are consistently ruined. Despite this, visitors praise the Newland location for its great service, best biscuits and gravy, and clean bathrooms during events like the highland games. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. Joe provides great service with a big smile and is very friendly. He is known to bring food out to parked cars and will sometimes give a free apple turnover or coupons for the next visit.
