On 16 May, my son and I road-tripped to the Bogue Distillery for a tour from Raleigh. We were first introduced to their bourbon during an NC State Fair 2 yrs ago and enjoyed it so much a trip to their Distillery was on our adventure list. This was our time to explore the coast and have a tour and drink. The owner Richard was charming - an NC State grad and football player with a long history that could “shine” if you know what I mean. He told great stories about his family...
Wonderful friendly staff (Sam, Stephanie, Justine, Madison and Shawna) Sign language knowledgeable for the hearing impaired! Pet Friendly! The list goes on and on, can not recommend Bogue Sound Distillery enough!
This is a mixed review because I love Bogue sound distillery products. I have gifted the peanut butter whisky to my brother several times and he was visiting so we took an Uber to the distillery to enjoy food drinks and music. When I got there, the food truck had cancelled which is not a complaint against this business.
