They don't ever get your food right, I'm always having to go back for them to correct it. Fries are always nasty.. Unless you go in the morning, And don't go at night time. There night time shift don't care about nothing, but playing to much.

Pulled up to the drive through, the attitude because they couldnt hear me. I repeated 3 times, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo with a large sweet tea. They gave me a regular tea and just the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. They regularly mess up my order here, today was just the last straw.

The staff was nice. The food was cold and the restaurant was FILTHY‼️ I had to ask the manager to get someone to clean the dining area. The lady that cleaned or should I say so-called cleaned, wiped the tables down with water only and complained about night shift not doing their job…Keep in mind this was around 1 PM so, I said so this dining area has been looking this way since opening and she said YES I could not believe it! Anyway, like I said, she only wiped the table. No vacuuming, which had food, paper, and everything else in the floor. This place needs new management for sure‼️ I immediately called the Bojangles Comment line smh…

Stopped in for the bathroom. Out of toilet paper and dirty. Went to the line for food and they were ignoring everyone inside, instead prioritizing drive through. Stood there probably 5 minutes before I walked out. Left without ordering or being acknowledged. This location is a disgrace to the good bojangles name.

If this is the BJ in Newport NC, My husband wanted a BBQ sandwich . It was delicious. My tenders were tender. The only thing is drive through is Sooooo is so slow! Y'all need to work on that badly
