Parking: Parking is more than enough for people dining in.
They move terribly slow every time I've been. The person taking orders is not very friendly and they were different people each time. They didn't have very good interpersonal skills. Poor customer service.
Every time I go to bojangles I consistently ask for extra seasoning because they never season the fries. It doesn’t help because they forget to do this part of their job. Y’all know your fry seasoning is above all else… stop skimping out. Do better.

Raw chicken given out the windows today!!!! I didn't notice as I was hungry and focusing on some emails but the last bite or two I was like dang this tomato is chewy so I looked at it and it was raw. Also after I called and said something about it the guy didn't even care or offer anything as compensation so I told him to check any chicken before it was given out. I hope I don't get really sick....

Staff at the window was nice. Everyone in there was hustling to try to get food out quickly. Manager today (7/10/24 @ 9a) is very polite, definitely cares and wants his customers to be happy! Thank you sir, for making this Bojangles better!
