They move terribly slow every time I've been. The person taking orders is not very friendly and they were different people each time. They didn't have very good interpersonal skills. Poor customer service.
Staff at the window was nice. Everyone in there was hustling to try to get food out quickly. Manager today (7/10/24 @ 9a) is very polite, definitely cares and wants his customers to be happy! Thank you sir, for making this Bojangles better!
I love Bojangles and this location is great. Just dropped a star bc the order was wrong but it was still tasty. Sausage rather than Bacon as ordered. Didn't realize til down the road. But always fast and clean.
