The burger had no taste ! They gave me a sprinkle of fries. That were cold. How do I spend 30 dollars including tip. For a meal that wasn’t good. Manager also stated I was lucky to cause nobody wants to delivery to Millcreek . Even tho I tipped almost 10 dollars. Maybe just a bad experience but experience definitely didn’t meet any expectations.

Ordered our food at 5:22pm just two salads for delivery. Called for an ETA at 6:30 as we had not received our food. Turns out they didn’t put the apartment number after repeating the address twice and had my phone number incorrect . Said they would send it right out. Finally received our food at 7:03pm. Food was good just wish the delivery experience was better

I’ve lived in Newport my whole life and have eaten here for years. I don’t know what’s happened but recently the quality of food has plummeted. Cinnamon in Philly cheesesteaks, doughy under cooked pizza, fries with nothing on them. We’ve tried to give a second chance, then a third, then a fourth and so on, but it’s only arguably gotten worse.
River Side Pizza & Subs is a great local find! It has that cozy, diner-style feel that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel like a regular. The atmosphere is laid-back and perfect for kicking back with friends or family. The pizza is delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly baked crust, and they have a great selection of subs as well. If you’re looking for a no-frills, local spot with great food and a warm vibe, River Side Pizza & Subs is the place to be!

Spent 60.00 4 burgers, 1 shrimp burgers, 2 fries and 1 slice of cheese cake. Mushroom, Swiss burger with mayo. Had lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard. It was horrible. The other 3 burgers were horrible, the shrimp burger was horrible. Only thing good was the cheesecake. We eat there all the time,what a waste of money, when I called to complain, all I got was oh I am sorry. Wow. Will never eat there again. Use to be 1 of my go to spots, never again.
