Great brewery with great tasting brews.....red ale is a 10.....being a veteran myself when I find establishments owned by fellow veterans I definitely will stop and support.....teddy and sgt pepper can't wait to come back
Great little brewery!!! Decent variety of beers to try. We found this place on a flyer @ our hotel. Looked online & wanted to try the thin ice beer (tasted a lot like Girl Scouts thin mints). It was good but the stout o gold was the best!!! We have lived in Germany for years and since moving back to the U.S. and have found nothing comparable to a German dunkel until we tasted the stout o gold. Lots of good vibes here. Great folks, good beer, fun atmosphere. We went for a food truck night and got a flight of beer plus an excellent cider from a guest brewery. It was fun and we will definitely be back. My only knock was the beer. I’ve tried at least six Shortway Beers and they were all decent offerings just missing a little pizzazz. I want them to push the flavor envelope! I look forward to trying more as they gain experience brewing.
