So glad that we decided to try Starfish Grill. The first impression when we walked in was the place is super cute! I love all the decoration on the wall. Second impression was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Third impression was the foods, good price good portion, super tastyyyy 💕 last but not least was great, friendly service from Renee 👏🏻 she made the experience from 90 points to 💯 can’t wait to be back

Stopped here to try it out and so glad we did. My husband had the shrimp Philly and I had the crab sandwich. Then we shared the apple pie with Carmel sauce. Everything was so good. The staff was also very friendly. We will definitely be back. I wish I would have remembered to take a picture.

I can’t speak to the atmosphere because we always get our food to go! What I will say is that everything we have ever gotten from them is fantastic! The food is so good! They are polite and it’s always ready fast! It’s like a 2 minute drive from my house so it’s become our go to spot when we want something fast, delicious and cheap! It’s definitely one of our favorite spots to get food from! The tuna nachos are to die for! So is the Ahi tuna appetizer! My daughter always loves their chicken tenders and the burger is really good as well! I also highly recommend their salad with added blackened chicken! Do yourself a favor and try their home made ranch and remoulade!

Lovely grill restaurant tucked into the strip store off 24hwy near 9 mile road. The food is excellent and fresh. If you are looking for good food & relaxing atmosphere this the place. Enjoyed the food and waitress service was excellent. We have a new place to go for a meal.
I'd share pictures of the amazing food but we ate it all. AMAZING. Do not hesitate! Best food I have had in a long time. Will come back to NC just for this food. Blackened shrimp, crab cakes, sweet potato fries, hushpuppies, coleslaw slaw, and clam stripe. Yummmmm!😭❤️

Starfish Grill offers a decent dining experience, but it doesn't quite stand out. The food and service were okay, meeting expectations without exceeding them. The Ahi Nachos were a highlight, bringing a flavorful twist to the menu. The atmosphere feels very much like a classic diner, which might appeal to some but lacks a unique vibe. Overall, it's a solid spot for a casual meal, especially if you're craving those nachos, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

We went there yesterday for the first time and food was good, quick, simple, reasonably priced and easy. Server was very nice and attentive. This is one of those hole in the wall restaurants if you visit this area.
