Honestly Carl's Jr has nothing on Hardee's, the burger was delicious and all ingredients tasted fresh. Also they offer military discount and the costumer service was amazing.

I have frequented this location many times as I live nearby, but this time, if it had been my first, would have been my last. Music BLASTING across the PA! EXTREMELY LOUD - like a club! THE counter person when I asked a product question answered with an emphatic "I don't know" . I just asked the difference in sandwiches. She then proceeded to place &order- not that I gave her one - asking me if It was too be a combo. When I told her, I DIDN'T order anything, she huffed. I can't help she was unfamiliar with products sold. I just ordered a burger- I figured she & I both knew what that was! Either she has chosen not to learn the menu items, or this management team chooses not to train their staff.

Employee (Cj) Went to go give my family there food and ended up getting my sister in trouble about personal issues. Employees are there to work not to worry about personal issues. All he had to do and is drop the order off and go on about his work. Please get your employees under control and more responsible.

Staff are rude, completely messed up my order. Snappy at my husband, this was an online order. There actions are ridiculous and unprofessional, they need mire training or the staff needs replacement. Never going back!

Waited 37 minutes before I got my order. Went inside because the drive thru was long only to see the inside line was longer. I placed a mobile order to try and get ahead of a large family before they started their order. Was notified in the app that my order was in progress before the large family had made their order. After some time I notice on the screen behind the counter my name is flashing with my order saying 25 minutes and counting. How is it that everyone in line before me got their orders before I did and the excuse was “we had a lot of orders”. Additionally 2 previous times came and order was missing an item and got the same excuse, we’ve been busy and had a lot of orders. Highly unlikely I will be back to this location.
Parking: If the line is long you get trapped in your parking space.

The chicken tenders were bottom of the bag and not much breading. The french fries were microwaved as a means to reheat. The only redeeming quality was the customers that came in behind us had the same bad experience and we commiserated together! I will never stop here again no matter how hungry I am on the way home from the beach!
Don't stop here off the highway, the food and service were terrible. We stopped here as a last resort passing through, and we regretted it. The front cashier didn't care about doing their job correctly, the tenders were tiny, the fries were disasterously overcooked. The manager seemed nice, which makes me sad. Find a local spot over this place, you'll have a better experience.
