I stopped in today with five other people. We were all on motorcycles wearing leather jackets and chaps and whatnot. But the people who work at The Farmhouse Cafe treated us just like family. We were invited to try the hot bar the salad bar and I did have the hot bar and it was fantastic. I got so much at the first time that I had no room in my stomach to go back for more. We stopped in for lunch for the first time ever! We have been visiting NG for over a year and just discovered this quaint, friendly restaurant. We enjoyed the lunch buffet and take out that we brought to my mother who lives nearby. We will definitely be back soon. Good home cooking!!!

First, the place is beautifully decorated. The service was fine, but the food was amazing! Hands down, the best grits and toast I’ve ever had. The Farmer’s omelet was delicious also; I will definitely visit again.
