Just stopped thru and ate at Newton Grove SCNB location. Manager behind the counter over the top and very upbeat. He was checking on all his customers seated making sure everything was OK. Very clean and attentive staff too. Will be going there again!

The food was good. The service was absolutely amazing. I've never been to a fast food place and had someone come check on refills, sauces, and food let alone one that was very busy. 10/10 recommend.

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q offers a mix of experiences for its customers. The restaurant is praised for its delicious chicken tenders, juicy chicken, and fresh, hot fries. The catering service is also highly regarded, with customers appreciating the quality of the provided items and the fair pricing. The restaurant is open from 10am, which is convenient for customers who are not in the mood for breakfast items. The chicken and BBQ plate comes with 3 sides for an affordable price under $15, providing a satisfying meal. However, some customers have reported issues with the cleanliness of the restaurant, including crumbs under tables and unsanitary bathroom conditions. Additionally, the nearby hog farm has been noted to cause an unpleasant smell. The service can be mixed, with some staff members being friendly and helpful, while others may be soft-spoken or need additional training. Overall, Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q provides a satisfactory dining experience, with the food quality being a highlight, but the cleanliness, environment, and service could use improvement.
