Went to get 4 $5 meal deals for my family after work. Waited for fresh fries and nuggets due to not having any ready. Waited for 10 mins only to make it home with NO nuggets!!! I had to give my kids my nuggets which was the only 4 piece in the bag

Started when Fred opened McDonald's, years ago.
I was a Non paid Hostess, set up Bingo for Senior Citizens, each Tuesday & Thursday (20 to 23 ) came.
McDonald's gave me a few free Cups of coffee tickets, a small drink, even a small FF ticket...
Ages of my/ the PRECIOUS SENIORS were 70 to a 92 year old Ms Mary...
I started purchasing gifts so more could win.
I called the Game for several years.
**A holiday was coming up, the LORD placed in my ♥ to give every Senior a gift, at end of Game time.
I passed out a $2.00 bill to 23 Seniors.
My first was to Ms Mary ( my 92 yr old )...she sat in front of me, her driver, so she could hear.
She looked at me, " i can't take your money "..i told her yes you can, I'm older than you..it shocked 😲 her..she had never seen a $2.00 bill..i was in my 40's..she finally took it.
I had waited on Ms Mary many a time's at FCB, yes, here in NG.
All 22 other Seniors took their gift & i asked them not to spend them, many didn't.
Sad thing about Ms Mary, she passed the next week.
She ☺ each time about about her $2.00 bill.
Fred sold out to a person that removed the place, that Cut out BINGO.
He sold out...the place have been sold out twice, more & this last remolding, have caused Stress on the Employees that really work, Pat & Peggy with the out Front Customers ( on the registers )!!

More English need to be heard from the staff in the work area.
Majority are English speaking, even if we can speak a bit of Spanish.

I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time and the new management is very rude and argumentative tonight I sat In line for about 20 minutes mind you there was only one of the car in the next line beside me place my order and then had to sit an additional 20 to 30 minutes Waiting for my food, then noticed one of the managers outside talking to someone While her employees were struggling to get orders out, the manager did not go back into the restaurant until they got all their orders caught back up someone higher up really needs to do something about the management at this restaurant

In the app we asked for an order to be brought to table 122. We waited 25 minutes and they didn't bring the food order and I went to ask at the front of the counter. They told me that the food was there at the counter. I told them that the food was cold because it had been at the counter for 20 minutes. The Mexican lady who served was very rude and said that there was no table 122 at that McDonald's. The lady said that she didn't care. I told her we would file a complaint with the corporation that she didn't care. The potatoes they gave me afterwards were very burnt and hard. This restaurant is disgusting. I don't recommend it at all.

Would give zero stars if it was possible, make sure to check your bag at the drive thru lane before pulling off because something is always missing! The two hispanic managers in the morning always have an attitude and slam the window and walk off before you can even say anything.

This place is a hell hole. I live in Newton Grove and visit this place often. I placed my order tonight about 8:30ish and realized it was wrong, so I turned around and went back to the drive through. the girl at the drive through told me that I wasn't charged for what I said I ordered. I told her I couldn't help what the rang up and they needed to make it right either way. This place never get order correct and when you take it back or call them out on it, they get a case of the attitude. So, I told the girl that if they weren't going to make it right to give me my money back. I handed her the bag of food, and she gave it to the manager. The manager told her to get my receipt, so I stepped out of my truck because I dropped it onto the ground on accident and I put it on the window ledge. As I did that the wind blew it on the floor and that when the manager decided to come to the window and yell at me. At this point I started to yell back and then she threw a handful of ketchup at me hitting me in the face and getting Ketchup on and in my truck. she then called the Sheriffs Dept on me I heard her part of the conversation with dispatch, and she left out her yelling at me and throwing of the Ketchup packets. She refused to give me my money back then when the cops got there, she gave it to him.
I have been to this McDonalds many times in the past 5.5 years and can write a novel on the thing I have seen being done to others including me. They ask you to move up and forget about you, Yell at Customers, fill fries half full if you get them, the GM or the Lady that portrayed to be the GM told me once that she Guaranteed that my order was correct and when I got home, I was missing 2 Sandwiches. Never took their word for it again. I will never go back to this place again. But the Owners, Director of Operations, District Manager, General Manager and Shift leaders don't care because it's a McDonalds and everyone in the world will eat there no matter what. So, their hitting their projections no matter what. Also, this particular Store if off of Interstate 40 so there are their sales. So, nobody cares how the Customers are treated. All about the Money.
I have called Corporate about this place, and nothing is changing. I wouldn't expect any change because all corporate complaints go back down to the GM to get resolved and that's where the problem is. Any time you have a problem GM all the Management Staff get tainted especially when most of them are related. I was a GM after I retired from the Army, and I would never allow my staff to act this way.

Drive thru is the slowest I've ever seen. The running joke in the car is...which parking spot we will be parked in to wait for our food. It's not fast food when you have to wait 15-20 min. Sanitation of 87.5 is a little alarming.
