This is the only McDonald's that can not seem to get it right ever every time I go here after 4pm the service food and environment is terrible 90% of the staff is kids management seems to be lost. I waited 15min to get my food because they are waiting on fries when I get my order the fries are cold I don't understand . The burger was messy and very sloppy I'll be calling the home office tomorrow.

It was warm inside and so many flies in the dining area that I had to ask for a bag to pack my families food and eat in the car. Very dirty. The flies literally followed us to the car.

I ordered a big breakfast and order hot cakes with sausage. They tell me a big breakfast. It's just hot cakes and sausage. Paid for two orders Only get one order complained. Then they tried to make it right and give me everything in the whole restaurant. After telling me I was wrong the first time When I knew I was right mcdonald's you got to do better serving

Food on floor and all the tables were really dirty. Bread on hamburger was really dry. No toilet paperin bathroom. A bunch of flied around us while we were eating. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to notice that we were at the counter. I just needed the ranch they forgot. Poor service. Not polite.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Went there and got a double quarter pounder with cheese on the 2nd of may. burger was severely saturated in grease. It was like the burgers were made in the fryer. Have ordered from there in the past multiple different times and they have constantly forgotten stuff with the order. Rather it be as simple as a few sauce packets or an entire drink. Today (may 3rd 2025) we had ordered a large coffee and multiple breakfast burritos and they gave a small coffee(this was fixed by them) but they neglected to put any sauce packets. If you want some good food go across the street. Honestly I think corporate needs to do an entire staff purge including the managers. The service is absolutely horrendous they talk bad about all of their customers in Spanish and think we can’t understand them solely because we are white. Horrendous management and horrid service. DO BETTER!!!

When you order your food, you always get someone else’s
Every single time, and i mean every time, that i have been to this place, they have messed up my order in some way and i’ve even been back in to correct the order, to which they remade it incorrectly. the employees are very robotic and obviously do not double check at all for correct orders. this is such a convenient spot for a mcdonald’s, but it’s the worst one i ever experienced and i will not be back.

The food is generally good (5), service is pretty good overall (5), it could be cleaner (4) and the atmosphere is okay except for the type of music piped overhead (3). PlayPlace is always good for the kids (5) and parking is usually easy to find (5).
