Tortería y Rosticería Edy offers amazing service and delicious food. The regular chicken and enchilado are excellent, with hand-made tortillas. The rotisserie chicken has great flavor, making this place incredibly delicious. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and is pristinely clean everywhere. The salsas (verde and roja) are made fresh onsite and are delicious. The corn flour tortilla for the Quesadilla de pastor carne de puerco y piña (pork & pineapple quesadilla) is handmade by the cook. The tortillas are made by hand. The carne al Pastor is very tasty. The tacos, rotisserie chicken, and torta are all great. The staff are friendly and quick.
