Don't waste your time money. They give mash burgers a bad name. The whoppers looked like they ran over them with a car and the French fries were cold. I think they were mad because we asked have it our way.... And we paid almost $25.00...Not normally a complainer but not coming back to this location!!!

Worst customer service and so unprofessional. Waited in drive thru and was ignore for 6-7 minutes and there’s no cars in front of me. I can hear the employees talking among each other on the drive thru intercom. So I just drove off.

What can't I say good about this place? They are always polite and on top of things. Our food is always fresh and they put the customers first. This location is me and my family's favorite spot to stop for food when we are in a hurry after ball practices or just out and about. Stop in, grab a whopper.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. The whole team seems like a highschool drama party. Employees are on their phones, CHARGING THEM IN THE WALL, while on the clock and it is visible from the drive thru window. They didn’t have pennies and couldn’t give exact change??? I’ve attached a picture of a burger that an employee quite-freaking-literally took a BITE out of. $27 WASTED. This place has gotten so expensive and you can’t even call the service or food mediocre. It’s just bad. Disgusting. Horrendous. I hope corporate sees this review and acts quickly. This place is a biohazard. WHY ARE EMPLOYEES EATING THE FOOD BEFORE SERVING IT?! That’s heinous and diabolical. Shut this place DOWN!

Not really sure why they are open till 12? It seems like every time I come here for some late-night eats, they are never able to deliver. Once the clock hits 10:00 pm, the employees are unwilling to work. I sat at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes AFTER they asked me what I wanted; thinking something was wrong with the microphone, I moved up to the pay window to hopefully finally put my order in, but unfortunately it took 10 MORE minutes for an employee to even ACKNOWLEDGE I was there. 20 minutes just to be told by the manager that they were out of ingredients to make a simple combo. The only meat they supposedly had was meat to make junior meals. I would highly recommend taking the extra few minutes to drive further down the street to another fast food place. Maybe someday this location can be satisfactory.

This place has really turned itself around over the last year, y'all must have some new folks in there, they're doing great in the evenings. Probably the best fast food place around because when when they have the A team it's actually really good!

The staff at the Burger King in Newton NC are wonderful and kind. The food is an excellent value on a budget. The food is very good as well. I always order inside the Burger King and have always had pleasant interactions with the Burger King staff members.
