“Harold and me started coming to your bar about 2 months ago and never felt sooo welcomed.Right away everyone made us feel at home.They are a class of people who know how to treat people.We have made a lot of friends there whom have turned out to be friends outside the bar even! The bar is clean,and all the bartenders are fabulous.We love you all bartenders and patrons.And we come as is Don't have to dress up or even wear cowboy hats because of going bald ha ha! This is coming from someone who is extremely picky about their food. Now, normally I have enough left over to eat the next day with this experience. It was not the same. I ate my entire meal in one setting, and it wasn't because it wasn't ample food. It was because it was that darn. Good. If you have not tried this little food truck, please get out there and try it. Not only is it affordable, it is delectable. Their food is on point, never burnt never overcooked. Never undercooked, just freaking right. Their rice is on point. Their noodles are on point. Their vegetables are on point. Their meats are on point. This place. It's just five stars all around.I am ashamed that we do not have a place for them to put a restaurant.”

“Brookrise Brewery has a great atmosphere its exactly what you want from a great brewery relaxed, welcoming, and full of character. The beer selection is excellent but what really made the visit stand out was Taylor behind the bar. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. Between the quality drinks and top-notch service, this is a place I’ll be coming back to again and again.”

“The food here was good, but not great. We had tacos, a quesadilla, and some gorditas. Meats were al pastor, lengua, and chori asada. The lengua was a bit bland. I am used to gorditas being stuffed with beans and queso fresco. These had shredded cheese. We were told to come back on Saturday because the food would be better.”

“The prices seem too low to cover basic businessexpenses. Subsequently, I assume at some point they'll go out of business.

Gotta say, it is GOOD!!
Its Cajun Style, but NOT overly spicy. Just enough kick to give it an excellent flavor! And it is definitely CRUNCHY!! I'd say it's the best we've had in a LONG time!!
And the young lady working was super helpful. Very friendly, and NICE.
