Great atmosphere and even better food!
Poor service.
Decor is cool and menu looked good but 20 mins and waitress never came back to take order. Watched waitresses stare at food in the window and not take orders. Only 1 of 10 employees doing anything. Staff rather chat amongst themselves in the drink area or at the hostess stand then take orders. Was at 5 pm so wasn’t very busy.
I've dined here many times and have always had great service and food (except the burgers have always been hard and dry). Tonight our food was very disappointing. Mac and cheese lacked any flavor, fried chicken had a mustard taste and was not from a good supplier, I'm guessing, and fries were peppered. Huge cheese sticks that we always normally enjoyed were not melted and bland.
