Brookrise Brewery has a great atmosphere its exactly what you want from a great brewery relaxed, welcoming, and full of character. The beer selection is excellent but what really made the visit stand out was Taylor behind the bar. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. Between the quality drinks and top-notch service, this is a place I’ll be coming back to again and again.
Had a great experience with Taylor at Brookrise! She was awesome friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Great drinks, great personality, and the kind of service that makes you want to come back. You can tell they actually care about making sure people have a good time. Definitely one of the best bartending experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll be back!

Brookrise Brewing is a laid back and chill brewery in Newton, right behind the Novel Tap Room. The tasting room is fairly small, with a very cool bar area that sits in the brewery area and has a few games. They brew their own beers on property, including Mexican Lager, Summer Ale, IPA, and Pilsner, and also have other beers in cans and on tap. There is no food, just beer and some liquor options, with a full liquor license. The staff is friendly and awesome, giving many samples to help decide. The atmosphere is great, with some outside seating. The beer is great and the cocktails are off the rails. This place is recommended for singles or families.
