Brookrise Brewing is a laid back and chill brewery in Newton, right behind the Novel Tap Room. The tasting room is fairly small, with a very cool bar area that sits in the brewery area and has a few games. They brew their own beers on property, including Mexican Lager, Summer Ale, IPA, and Pilsner, and also have other beers in cans and on tap. There is no food, just beer and some liquor options, with a full liquor license. The staff is friendly and awesome, giving many samples to help decide. The atmosphere is great, with some outside seating. The beer is great and the cocktails are off the rails. This place is recommended for singles or families.
