They had a burger combo for $8. So asked for that and to add cheese. When I checked out, I was charged $11 for everything separately. Food was ok. Not great. Place was practically empty at lunchtime. I can understand why.

I was disappointed. I unwrapped my silverware and it had not been washed. I took it to the lady and she gave me another. I unwrapped it. It had not been washed. The third one was ok. The bacon was fried really hard.

The staff was friendly and courteous, but the food and atmosphere were a bit lackluster. Pretty typical greasy-spoon diner style food, with nothing too unique or particularly memorable about any of the dishes we tried.

Good old simple country cooking with friendly staff. Husband had pinto beans, white beans, squash and cornbread. Chicken salad for me was delicious
