My husband and I went to Hardee's for lunch. The boy got our order wrong. We had to go back around and reorder. The bread on our meal was horrible. The bread just fell apart. I had to take my bread and just throw away. Ate my chicken out of bread, but to much mayonnaise. It was running off my bread and chicken. Will not return to Hardee's again.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I have attempted to eat here 3 times and every time I am met by an extremely unpleasant person (different one each time) informing me with as much attitude as possible that they either have literally no food but ham and cheese and fries or that they are temporarily closed for 15 mins. Whoever runs this should be fired. You need new management and staff.

I went through the drive thru yesterday for a very expensive $5.50 milkshake. The pregnant girl employee inside was very NASTY to me when she took my card and EXTREMELY NASTY when she handed my card back. This is 2nd time I've been to this place and she's done this, I won't be back.

Dead, absolutely dead. The energy of this place is horrible. The food sucked, the service sucked all around negative experience. No customers when I showed up or while I was there and still got warm fries and old burger patties. Straight to the trash and didn't even bother with the remake or refund. If I got shitty food and shifty service with no other customers, it's definitely not gonna get any better when there is actual customers.

I don’t appreciate a place that closes 30 minutes before they’re supposed to. They actually close at 10:30.. not 11. I suppose that so they can go home at 11. Regardless change the time on Google. I wasn’t the only one Being told you are closed at that time

I got there about 1030 in the morning and the sign says that they serve breakfast every day till noon but for some reason they was ending breakfast. I had been standing in line for several minutes when the kid running the register was talking to some woman there about somebody he follows on YouTube Well when they finally got out of the way, and it was my turn to order the manager came out sent him on break and then I guess because they were ending breakfast at 10:30 not at 12 like the sign says she asked everyone that was in line behind me who wants breakfast and because I wanted lunch she just started taking their orders in front of mine Are used to work in the restaurant business not only what I have fired that manager, but I would probably look real close at the person that had them working there. I come through here all the time I will not eat that again because the manager didn't even seem to care when I walked off, had that been me and that was one of my customers I would've said you know what's wrong or whatever I apologize for it maybe even offered to come their meal for him, but the fact that you wanna change to lunch before you're supposed to cause like the sign says breakfast till noon that's not my problem that doesn't mean I should sit there and wait another 15 minutes on you to take everybody else's order that was in the line behind me

They don't know how to make an $8 frisco. How can you forget tomatoes. It only has cheese bacon and TOMATOES. This is the 2nd time

Pulled into the drive-thru was told by the shift leader that I needed to pull into the parking lot and wait on Fresh french fries I told her that I was fine waiting in the Drive-Thru because there was nobody behind me Kristen said that I had to pull into the parking lot if I wanted fresh food otherwise they would refund me my money I told her the timers were there for a service quality.... guess that's why you're just a shift leader Kristen horrible customer service I hope they fire her because she can't even operate the concept of fast food
