They got my order wrong. I took it back with a smile on my face only to be condescended to by the young female employee. She never bothered to apologize for the mix up or crack a smile. Don’t go here unless you have to.

Im the last one to complain about customer service because I get it. But there is absolutely no reason to be hateful and just not caring enough to actually get the order correct. Rushing me through my order and telling me to just go inside is not okay, and then proceeded to just drop my bag on the counter while I was reaching to grab it. Please remember your customers are also just trying to get through the day.

My husband and I went to Hardee's for lunch. The boy got our order wrong. We had to go back around and reorder. The bread on our meal was horrible. The bread just fell apart. I had to take my bread and just throw away. Ate my chicken out of bread, but to much mayonnaise. It was running off my bread and chicken. Will not return to Hardee's again.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I have attempted to eat here 3 times and every time I am met by an extremely unpleasant person (different one each time) informing me with as much attitude as possible that they either have literally no food but ham and cheese and fries or that they are temporarily closed for 15 mins. Whoever runs this should be fired. You need new management and staff.

I went through the drive thru yesterday for a very expensive $5.50 milkshake. The pregnant girl employee inside was very NASTY to me when she took my card and EXTREMELY NASTY when she handed my card back. This is 2nd time I've been to this place and she's done this, I won't be back.
