Waited 45 minutes inside for my food only to be told if the cashier could pack someone else's food first. Very unprofessional and at that point I wanted my refund but yet they claimed they were already packing my food. Waited almost an hour for 2 piece, 5 nuggets and a small Mac n cheese. Claimed they were short staff yet I saw at least 6-7 people running around.

I ordered and had to have someone else pick it up. I was supposed to get 2 sandwiches. They didn't have it and substituted 2 chicken sandwiches for a 2 piece chicken. Ill post a picture of the 2 piece chicken that is supposed to be a substitute for 2 sandwiches.

If I could give you a zero star I would! Everytime we come to this location we have to beg for someone to take our order. They are always out of what we order. The staff is rude and acts like they don’t want to be at work. Just an all around worthless experience!

Wish there was a way to have 0 stars for everything, waited 30 mins for the food and it never was taken out to us after they told us to wait and had 5+ vehicles after us get their food.

They was out of sweet tea and then they were out of a regular chicken breast and the biscuits was hard and had to take a crispy one don't think we will be back for awhile if we go back to KFC in Newton on 321

Horrible customer service cashier giving attitude being very disrespectful customer are making complaints about how slow they are and gets mad and not take a order
If I could give them a zero I would. The cashier at the window was Very rude. The tenders were cold and soggy, the fries tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The gravy was very watered down. The Mac and cheese had a fly in it. The only thing that was half way decent was the biscuits and the pie bites!
