This is probably the best KFC ive been to in my life so far. Its definitely tje best around this area.

After spending 8 min waiting to order, (while not using the kiosk for reasons of my own). I watched the what I would imagine as the manager in a gray shirt. Pack, grab, touch many different foods and customers orders while touching her face, rubbing her hind quarters, her hair and money interactions at the window. While going back and touching more food and sliding chicken and sides in boxs with her bare hands. She never washed or put gloves on, even seemed like she cared. As I Made it very clear it was disgusting where employees could hear and hopefully engage her in hygiene habits. No one ever spoke to us or her either just looked at us as they walked along giving us the stink eye for even standing at the register. (started before even noticing the disgusting hygiene habits from a well known establishment.

If you want food within a reasonable amount of time, you've come to the wrong place!! They'll take your order and make you wait until they fulfill the call in orders before you get your order regardless of how long you have waited. Please be advised they have no respect for walk in customers. Go to Bojangles!!! Better service and great customer service.

They need to learn the anatomy of a chicken, ordered a 3 piece dark, got 2 breasts and a pathetic excuse for a wing, breading was undercooked, biscuit was so doughy I couldn't eat it. Will not be going back!

I bought a 12 piece meal, with 2 mashed potatoes and gray and 1 slaw, when I got home I am missing 1 gravy, and I dont even know where to start about the chicken. It was half cooked, there is gooey dough, there were broken bones in the legs and wings, this is the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant, and when you spend almost 45 dollars you expect better. Come on KFC you need to do better.

Tonight's drive-thru dinner was disappointing. I've ordered a 3 pcs chicken meal. Didn't get my biscuit. My drink wasn't even fully filled. Cashier was not friendly keep talking loudly to someone in the back. This was the worst experience ever.

Waited a hour for my food when I was told it would be 15 mins for fresh chicken. The drive thru was getting there orders and guest that came after me got there orders. The worst service I have ever seen. The store manager should be ashamed to give service like that. Will not be going back
An hour until they close they were out of wedges and biscuits for the night. The person at the drive thru sounded miserable like they hated there job. Didn't even say welcome to KFC. On the window it says pennies are no longer in existence and want you to round up.

Ordered a 12 piece , 2 drum sticks were the size of a quarter worth of meat on them, the breast had broken bones all in it like the one comment mentioned and was greasier than hell, no Mac and cheese so I got double fries , both boxes of fries were soggy and the boxes was half full , all that nastiness for almost 50 dollars Won’t be going back there again

They were out of extra crispy and what they had wasn’t fresh or good, the bones were broken bad through out and it nearly took 30 minutes to go thru-the drive thru. We will not be back this happened before. Don Herman
